The babysitters for the brood of Nadya Suleman while she seeks help for Xanax addiction in Chapman House Drug Rehabilitation Center are reportedly happy that the mother of 14 is out of their hair — with one babysitter telling media outlet TMZ that it is much easier to do their jobs now that Nadya is gone.
According to reports, Nadya Suleman has three nannies and two friends helping her to look after her children while she seeks treatment for her prescription drug addiction — with one babysitter saying that Octomom has been calling twice a day from the rehab facility, giving specific directions about how to care for each of her children.
The babysitter says that so far, it has been helpful to hear from Nadya Suleman, but that it is easier to actually look after the children when she is not in the house, constantly barking orders.
The babysitter added that the house is much more calm than normal now that Nadya is gone, and that the kids are in great spirits, behaving like angels.
Back in April, TMZ posted photos which resulted in an investigation from the child services against Nadya Suleman — showing the children pooping outside and crazy graffiti.
The babysitter says that Nadya will get to visit her children for the first time on Saturday and that she is really excited. “She’s been crying a lot,” the babysitter added.
As previous reports have stated, Nadya Suleman entered a 30-day treatment program over the weekend due to her Xanax dependency. The rehab facility where she seeks medical treatment is located in Southern California.

As previous reports have stated, G-Unit rapper 40 Glocc filed a lawsuit against The Game earlier this month, claiming Game pulled a gun on him outside a house party … and beat him up. Game later posted the footage of the attack on YouTube.
Born in Los Angeles, California, The Game released his first mixtape You Know What It Is Vol. 1 in 2002, and landed a record deal with the independent label Get Low Recordz owned by JT the Bigga Figga. Game’s mixtape reached the hands of Sean Combs, founder of Bad Boy Records, who originally was on the verge of signing him to his label. Five months later, he was discovered by Dr. Dre who listened to the mixtape and signed him to his Aftermath Entertainment label in 2003. He rose to fame in 2005 with the success of his debut album “The Documentary” (2005) and “Doctor’s Advocate” (2006). Former child actor Edward Furlong — who starred in the action movie “Terminator 2: Judgment Day” in 1991 — found himself in hot water again following his arrest early Tuesday morning for felony domestic violence after allegedly getting into a physical fight with his girlfriend.
According to law enforcement sources, police responded to an arrivals gate at LAX Airport shortly after midnight Tuesday to check a report of a couple arguing. “American History X” star Edward Furlong allegedly grabbed the arm of the woman he was with, leaving a mark.
Troubled actor Furlong was immediately taken into police custody and was booked on suspicion of felony domestic violence involving a spouse or girlfriend. However, the authorities did not identify the woman allegedly injured in the physical argument.
As of press time, Edward Furlong is still sitting in jail, and his bail has been set at $50,000.
This is not the first time Edward Furlong got arrested. When he got hospitalized in 2001 for a suspected heroin overdose, the actor has been picked up several times for public intoxication, for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license. Back in September 2009, he was arrested for allegedly threatening and punching Kneeland during a brawl, while last year, Furlong was arrested and put in jail again after he violated a restraining order requiring him to stay away from his wife.
Meanwhile, the divorce of Edward Furlong from wife Rachael Kneeland is still pending, amidst Kneeland’s allegations that the actor abused drugs and threatened to hire someone to beat her up. The former couple got married back in 2006 and have one son who is now six years old.
Furlong is a two-time Saturn Award nominee, winning the 1992 Saturn Award for Best Performance by a Younger Actor for his work in “Terminator 2.” He also won the 1992 MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Performance for his work in the film.

Nadya Suleman — famously known as Octomom — has now entered a rehab facility for prescription drug addiction, and her 14 children will reportedly remain with nannies for at least the next month.
According to reports, 37-year-old Nadya Suleman admitted herself into the Chapman House Drug Rehabilitation Center in Southern California over the weekend because of “anxiety, exhaustion, and stress,” acknowledging she has become dependent on Xanax. It is said to be an anti-anxiety drug which Suleman began taking to “deal with stress.”
The rep of Nadya Suleman said in a statement, “Nadya wanted to get off the Xanax she was prescribed by her doctor and learn to deal with her stress, exhaustion and anxiety with professional help with a team of doctors. Nadya wanted to deal with her issues and make sure she is the best mother she can be.”
“Ms. Suleman has been taking Xanax that was prescribed by her doctor to deal with her anxiety but she felt she needed a treatment program to help with her recovery,” the rep added. “She will be in treatment for 28 days or more if needed.”
The rep concluded, “Although the rehab offered to treat her at no charge, Ms. Suleman opted to pay for the program.”
As for the her 14 children, reports said that Nadya Suleman is using three nannies and two friends to divvy up the child care duties while she is inside the rehab facility. She also has a driver to take the kids to and from school.
Neither Nadya’s mother nor father have been tapped to care for the kids.
Reports stated that Nadya Suleman can afford to pay for treatment by herself because she’s been making quite some fortune out of her porn career, but the rehab facility offered to pay her bills anyway.
Octomom made headlines when she gave birth to octuplets back in 2009 – in addition to her six other children.
Nadya Suleman filed for bankruptcy in April and recently made an adult video and posed semi-nude for a magazine to earn money.

Actress Connie Britton ripped GOP Presidential candidate Mitt Romney for using the catchphrase of NBC’s “Friday Night Lights” which goes “Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose!”
According to reports, 45-year-old Connie Britton — who now anchors “Nashville” — took issue with Mitt Romney’s ganking of the catch phrase.
Referencing the show’s town of Dillon, Texas, Britton penned an op-ed in this weekend’s USA Today that reads:
“Dillon is a classic American town filled with hard-working, middle-class Americans, who just want to lead productive, healthy lives… In fact, it is President Obama who has shown his values to be more closely aligned with those represented by the phrase.”
Written along with Friday Night Lights Producer Sarah Aubrey, Connie Britton adds:
“President Obama’s landmark Affordable Care Act has been transformative for women. For the first time in our lives, being a woman is no longer a pre-existing condition — our insurers can’t charge us more for having breast cancer or being the victim of domestic violence.”
“This law fully covers the cost of our preventive care, our annual check-ups, our birth control. And on Friday Night Lights, quarterback Matt Saracen’s grandma would have then been able to get the affordable health care she needed.”
“Let’s use our clear eyes and full hearts to vote early. Let’s use our clear eyes and full hearts to tell every friend, family member and neighbor about what’s at stake for women in this election. What’s at stake for all of us,” Connie Britton concluded.

Reality star Adriana de Moura punched co-star Joanna Krupa in the face during Sunday’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Miami.”
According to reports, the brawl took place at a charity lingerie party after a heated verbal altercation between Adriana De Moura and Karent Sierra, which escalated and eventually involved Joanna Krupa. The episode of the reality show was titled “Bras and Brawls, Part II.”
“When I disengaged and I left the argument, she (Joanna Krupa) chased after me down the hallway,” Adriana De Moura recalled of the incident. “I just feel a hand that goes and grabs me. From that moment on, I just see red and next thing I know, hell breaks loose.”
“You do not disrespect me like that,” Joanna Krupa said to the camera after the confrontation.
“Everything happened so fast, that the only thing I do remember was thinking, ‘Oh my God, I see the devil. For the first time in my life, I see the devil.’ And what did the devil do? Turned around and punched me.”
Meanwhile Lisa Hochstein said, “I didn’t see who threw the first punch, but they were behaving like savage beasts.”
She added, “There was nails and hair flying around and there was a broom — I don’t know how the broom got involved.”
Joanna Krupa has appeared on magazine covers including Envy, FHM, Personal, Inside Sport, Stuff, Steppin’ Out, Teeze, Shape and Maxim, in which she was named the Sexiest Swimsuit Model in the World. Maxim named her #55 in its 2011 Hot 100 ranking of the world’s hottest women, ahead of Christina Aguilera (58). She was voted German Maxim’s Model of the Year 2004-2005. Krupa has also appeared twice on the cover of Playboy. She has also been a lingerie model for Frederick’s of Hollywood and was a Miss Howard TV model for the month of December 2007.

British actor and comedian Russell Brand is being sued by a pedestrian named Victor Sneed who claims Brand hit him with his car earlier this year in Los Angeles.
According to court documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, 37-year-old Russell Brand was driving “negligently” when he collided with the plaintiff, a guy named Victor Sneed, back in January.
In the legal docs. Sneed claims he was a pedestrian and suffered personal injury, property damage and incurred hospital bills as a result of the accident.
However, the lawsuit of Victor Sneed does not go into the details of his alleged injuries, but it’s claimed that the accident lost him wages.
Victor Sneed is now suing Russell Brand for over $25,000.
This is not the first time Brand was the subject of news headlines and controversy. Last year, he was in hot water after smashing a paparazzo’s iPhone in New Orleans. The British funnyman got off with community service and a fine in the incident.
Russell Brand — the estranged husband of pop superstar Katy Perry — is also renowned for his womanizing ways, which led him being ripped by singer Danni Minogue.
Danni told FemaleFirst: “He is completely crazy and a bit of a vile predator. I certainly don’t think he has cured his sex addiction, that’s for sure. He wouldn’t take no as an answer. He always goes that step too far. Never quite far enough to slap his face, but usually too far.”
However, the “Rock of Ages” star is still capturing the heart of the United States, not least when he recently told TV host Jay Leno about the “wardrobe” malfunction he had suffered at the recent closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics.
Russell Brand told Leno about how his trousers ripped minutes before he took to the stage because of some over enthusiastic “limbering up” exercises.
The comedian, who has recently been linked to Geri Halliwell and well as his usual number of mystery women, said: “Well, I enjoyed the bit where it was all the running, the jumping, the skipping, the skylarking, the hullabaloo, the competitiveness, the beads of sweat, that was all lovely.”
“But when it came to that bit that I had to do… just before I went on stage in that clip… I thought – once they said “Do you wanna be in the Olympics?” – on some level, I thought, “I’m an athlete now”
Russell Brand went on, “So, before I did [my song], I did some limbering up, exercises, but because I don’t know how to limber up properly, ’cause I’m not really an athlete, I did it badly”
“One minute before I had to go on top of that bus… I heard this [ripping] noise, like that, and my trousers tore – a significant distance – and at that point, someone said, “Right! Get on top of the bus!”‘

“Mission Impossible” star Tom Cruise will not be pressing charges against the drunk guy who trespassed on his property.
According to reports, Bert Fields — the lawyer of 50-year-old Tom Cruise — said in a statement to media outlet TMZ: “Tom’s not a vindictive guy,” adding, “The guy was drunk. He didn’t have a malicious intent.”
Previous reports have stated that a guy named Jason Sullivan — an Australian model/interior designer/reality star — has been living next door to Tom Cruise at the home of Kevin Huvane, Tom’s agent. Jason came home drunk Sunday night, mistook the actor’s property for Kevin’s and began to enter the grounds. Tom’s security told Jason Sullivan to leave, but instead, he tried scaling the privacy wall to get further into the actor’s property. Jason then began walking toward the house of Tom Cruise and was warned he would be tased if he continued. When he kept walking, Jason was tased twice.
Jason Sullivan was arrested, cited for misdemeanor trespassing and released.
Beverly Hills cops will likely refer the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney, but given that it’s a an ordinary misdemeanor, it’s likely Jason Sullivan will not be prosecuted.

Rapper Lil Wayne was scolded on Monday by the judge handling his case after he failed to appear for a court hearing related to his copyright infringement lawsuit against Quincy Jones III.
According to reports, 30-year-old music mogul Lil Wayne was not in court on Monday after suffering from a medical emergency on Thursday on board a private jet. The pilot radioed that the rapper had seizures and he was subsequently taken to a hospital.
Lil Wayne was hospitalized twice within the past five days for a migraine and hydration, the reason he was not well enough to appear in person during the court hearing.
Wayne is currently in the middle of a bitter legal battle with Quincy Jones III over allegations he used the rapper’s music in an unauthorized 2009 documentary — a documentary about the rapper that he calls a “scandalous portrayal.”
The lawyer of Lil Wayne told the judge he will play the rapper’s deposition tapes for the jury — a depo filmed back in June which the judge said shows he acted like an irresponsible little child, giving glib one liners and refusing to answer questions. Wayne can also be heard laughing and swearing in the said video.
The judge was less than impressed upon viewing the tape on Monday, and rapper Lil Wayne was chastised for displaying “unreasonable conduct in the deposition” and “irresponsible behavior.”
At the age of nine, Wayne joined Cash Money Records as the youngest member of the label, and half of the duo, The B.G.’z, with B.G.. In 1997, he joined the group Hot Boys, which also included rappers Juvenile, B.G., and Young Turk. Hot Boys debuted with “Get It How U Live!” that year. Wayne gained most of his fame and success with the group’s major selling album “Guerrilla Warfare,” released in 1999. Also in 1999, he released his Platinum debut album “Tha Block Is Hot,” selling over one million copies in the U.S.

The Kardashian sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney are not backing down in their battle with a high-end makeup company named Chroma Makeup, with sources close to the Kardashian sisters saying that they have a secret weapon to guarantee they will prevail in court.
According to reports, the three Kardashian sisters filed requests to trademark the phrases “Kardashian Khroma” and “Khroma Beauty by Kourtney, Kim, and Khloe” earlier this summer.
However, the requests are still pending, but sources connected with the Kardashian family said that they are confident the requests will be approved — because the man behind the competing makeup line with almost the same name (Chroma Makeup) has not filed for any trademarks.
As previous reports have stated, Michael Rey, the co-owner of Chroma Makeup in Beverly Hills, is threatening to file a lawsuit against the Kardashian sisters over the Khroma Beauty makeup line, claiming their makeup products will cheapen the high-end company he’s built over the last 12 years.
Media outlet TMZ was looking up the Kardashian trademarks and came across another makeup company named “Kroma.”
“Kroma” filed for its trademark back in 2010.
