“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof and her estranged husband Dr. Paul Nassif has reportedly reached a custody agreement regarding their three sons.

According to reports, the former couple — who split back in July after plastic surgeon Paul Nassif filed for separation — have already reached an out-of-court custody settlement by sitting down with a mediator and lawyers bashing out a deal.

However, the requests of Paul Nassif for split custody were allegedly not granted, with the majority of custody going to 51-year-old reality star and businesswoman Adrienne Maloof.

A source told media outlet Radar Online, “Adrienne and Paul and their respective lawyers met all day on Friday with a mediator, and they were able to come to a custody agreement.”

“Paul had been requesting 50/50 custody arrangement, and he didn’t get those terms. The boys will be with Adrienne a majority of the time, with Paul being granted visitation and there are layers of protection in the agreement to ensure the boys are in a safe environment.”

Just last month, Adrienne Maloof was granted by a court with temporary restraining order against Paul following her accusations of emotional and physical abuse. There was also a hearing scheduled to make it long term.

“(It) is still on the docket to be heard, and will likely proceed with Adrienne only seeking for it to cover her and won’t include the boys, as it initially had,” the source told Radaronline, adding, “Both Adrienne and Paul worked diligently to reach the custody agreement that was fair and was truly in the best interests of the children.”

The out-of-court deal is said to have come as the couple were previously set to go to a Los Angeles court house this coming Tuesday.

Since the marriage of the former couple broke down, Paul Nassif has been eager to spend more time with his three young children. Meanwhile, Adrienne Maloof has been the primary guardian of the children, with Paul getting minimal visitations with the boys.

At the end of last month, a Los Angeles court granted the plastic surgeon two supervised visits with his three sons, nine-year-old Gavin and six-year-old twins, Christian and Collin.

The ruling came after Paul Nassif made a bid to get his visitation rights reinstated after Adrienne Maloof obtained the temporary restraining order against him, prohibiting him from having any contact with the reality star and their children. However, the judge allowed Nassif two monitored visits on both September 29th and October 6th.

Previous reports have stated that Adrienne Maloof has accused her former husband of abusing their boys, but her claims that Nassif assaulted her children were dismissed by social workers.

The Department of Children and Family Services looked into the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” personality’s allegations against Paul Nassif, and found that they did not have a solid basis.

Reality TV star Adrienne Maloof has been awarded a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, after telling a judge that Paul choked one of their kids last Thursday.

According to reports, 50-year-old Paul Nassif was ordered by a court on Wednesday to stay at least 100 yards away from Adrienne Maloof and their children.

Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof have three boys from their nine years of marriage: nine-year-old Gavin and six-year-olds Christian and Collin.

The businesswoman and TV personality as awarded with temporary custody of their three children the very same day after she accused the plastic surgeon of being violent towards their kids, claiming he had “slapped” and “choked” them.

Court documents stated that Nassif is now being investigated by the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services over the allegations of Adrienne Maloof.

Media outlet Radar Online reports that the couple’s marriage counsellor Dr. Charles Sophy submitted a sworn statement to the court.

The statement reads: “On Sunday, September 16, 2012, Adrienne called and told me about an incident involving Paul and the children that occurred on Thursday, September 13, 2012. Specifically, Adrienne told me that Paul and the children were in the car when Paul became angry in response to Collin kicking Christian’s seat, and that he tried to hit the kids while they were all in the car.”

Reports said that Dr. Sophy interviewed the children of Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif, with their permission. He added: “All three children appeared anxious and fearful. They are reluctant to share the details of what happened. I further learned that prior to my meeting with the children on Tuesday, a referral was made to the Department of Children and Family Services. I feel that DCFS is capable of determining the safety and risk issues to be mitigated and ensuring the children’s safety and health.”

Meanwhile, Paul Nassif vehemently denies the accusations that he was violent towards his three children. The plastic surgeon’s legal team said they were “blindsided by the allegations.”

His lawyer, Lisa Meyer has referred to the accusations as “gamesmanship.”

Paul Nassif had applied for custody of their children and for a judge to order Adrienne Maloof to vacate the family mansion so he could move back in, but his request was denied.

In early October, a court hearing will take place to determine if the temporary restraining order and custody arrangement filed by Adrienne Maloof will be made permanent.

According to reports, reality star Adrienne Maloof has also put her marital home on the market for $26 million, but it is not known if her estranged husband is aware of her decision to sell the mansion.

Back in 2004, the couple bought the property — which was featured in the reality show “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” — for $12.7 million. The 20,000 square feet French chateau-style estate features eight-bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.

Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof are understood to have a prenuptial agreement in place and Adrienne, whose fortune is said to total $300 million, is said to be confident it will give protection to her family fortune.

Adrienne is the only daughter of billionaire entrepreneur George J. Maloof Sr. Her myriad of business interests include the various holdings of Maloof Companies, of which she is co-owner – notably the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, the basketball team Sacramento Kings, development company Maloof Productions, and record company Maloof Music.

Paul Nassif — the husband of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof – is filing for separation from his wife early this week.

According to sources, 50-year-old Adrienne Maloof and her husband, Dr. Paul Nassif have discussed their situation and that she is aware of his intentions to file the paperwork for separation after nine years of marriage.

A source also added, “There is no other person. It’s for a variety of reasons that they are contemplating separation. Adrienne Maloof was dragged through the dirt during filming of the upcoming season, and it really wore on her. Paul and Adrienne have always fought, it’s how they were as a couple. However, at this point, they realize that they are just want very different things, and neither one of them is happy in the marriage.”

Adding that a divorce may not happen, the source adds: “they are trying to figure out the best way to deal with this, and there is a lot of love” there. “If they didn’t love each other as much as they do, either one would just walk away without looking back. They aren’t at that stage yet, and are discussing a separation.”
