The hit-and-run victim of actress Amanda Bynes whom she allegedly crashed into and then fled the scene, said that the reckless driving of the actress could have killed her and she should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for the incident.

According to reports, media outlet TMZ spoke with Kisa — Bynes’ alleged car crash victim — who said, “Someone could have died if [Amanda] kept driving. A normal person would not get away with hit and runs and she shouldn’t either.”

As previous reports have stated, 26-year-old Amanda Bynes allegedly rear-ended Kisa on August 4th and then fled the scene without exchanging insurance information. Then last week, the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office charged the actress with two counts of hit and run — one count for her accident with Kisa, then one count for an accident in April.

After the charges have been filed, the driving license of Bynes was suspended by the Department of Motor Vehicles. However, it is unclear if and how the charges played a role in the license suspension.

Regardless, Amanda Bynes cannot drive in Los Angeles anytime soon, and Kisa said that it’s the best thing for everyone. “I’m glad she’s off the road. She absolutely needs to pay for her actions and taking away her license is a good first step,” she said.

Kisa adds, “I feel she needs to get some sort of help and maybe this will be the catalyst.”

Amanda Bynes is due in court on September 27th. She faces up to a year in prison in case she is convicted of both charges.
