New York Jets football cornerback Antonio Cromartie is going through some tough times. The football player has been sued by the Bank of New York, and his home is in foreclosure.

According to reports, Antonio Cromartie is in danger of losing the house he bought with his mom in 2006. The football cornerback is being sued by the Bank of New York for allegedly blowing off $105,381 in missed mortgage payments on an 864 square feet home he purchased in his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida back in November 2006.

Zillow.com reports that Antonio Cromartie bought the house for $135,000. Legal documents show that he co-signed on the loan with his mom right after he was selected in the 1st round of the 2006 NFL Draft, and they agreed on a 9.7% interest rate.

The Bank of New York claims Antonio Cromartie stopped making payments in 2010, so now it wants a judge to force the football player to hand over the keys to the property and settle his mortgage payments, plus the interest.
