Arnie Klein, the former dermatologist of King of Pop Michael Jackson, should not be allowed to practice medicine — this according to a California Medical Board honcho named Linda Whitney who filed a request to have the medical license of Klein revoked.

Reports have stated that the person behind such claim is Linda Whitney — the Board’s Executive Director of Consumer Affairs  – who claims that Arnie Klein has declined to undergo mandatory mental and physical examinations, which is said to be in direct violation of the Board’s orders.

Dr. Klein — known as one of the closest friends of the late pop singer Michael Jackson and the same doctor who prescribed him huge quantities of meds — was ordered to undergo a series of examinations following an investigation regarding an anonymous complaint against the dermatologist back in 2010, claiming that Arnie Klein gave substandard care to two of his patients.

The patients have not been identified in the complaint, so it is not clear if one of them was Michael Jackson.

According to reports, Arnie Klein was ordered to submit to mental and physical examinations by June 8, but then again he refused, demanding to know who was behind that anonymous complaint and the reason why he is being subjected to such tests.

Now, Linda Whitney is asking the Medical Board pull the plug on Klein’s practice by revoking his medical license.

Media outlet TMZ was able to speak with the representative of Arnie Klein, Joel Douglas. He said, “We’re willing to cooperate, we just want to know the reasons behind the investigation. We’re optimistic the court will be fair in the matter.”
