Last week, former “Celebrity Apprentice” contender Aubrey O’Day let her lovely dogs sit all over the table at a popular Los Angeles eatery, which has resulted to a Health Department investigation, TMZ reports.

According to the reports, the singer-actress Aubrey O’Day made her puppies sit for several minutes in a dining table at Toast, before finally putting the dogs down on the ground.

A representative for the Los Angeles Public Health Department said that a health inspector has visited the restaurant to remind employees about pet guidelines, specifically the one that reads, “Pets shall not be allowed on chairs, seats, benches and tables.” The rep added, “The Health Dept would like people to enjoy eating with their pets, but we also want people to be respectful to other people.”

TMZ reported that the staff of Toast was quite receptive to the official and that no citations or warnings were issued during the Health Department investigation for the Aubrey O’Day incident.

A rep for Toast said that the restaurant will be “extremely vigilant” about future potential anal infractions.

‘Celebrity Apprentice’ contender Aubrey O’Day is currently facing a lawsuit for – get this – beat jackery. The reality TV star is being sued over a segment in the finale of her Oxygen reality show, “All About Aubrey” where Aubrey O’Day sings on top of a track produced by her friend, Adonis Shropshire.

According to the lawsuit, Shropshire created that particular beat for ANOTHER artist, meaning he didn’t have the right to pass it on to ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ contestant, Aubrey O’Day. Now, the company that claims it owns the beat is filing a lawsuit against Aubrey, Oxygen and Adonis, claiming they all contributed to the alleged beat jackery. The said company is suing Aubrey O’Day and the others for unspecified damages. Additionally, the company also asked for an order preventing ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ star Aubrey from performing the song ever again.
