The naked woman who allegedly broke into the house of professional skateboarder Bam Margera and masturbated on his bedroom floor had been secretly living in Bam’s tree house for weeks — this according to the “Jackass” star.

Previous reports have stated that the police arrested the 24-year-old woman intruder on Friday in the area surrounding the Pennsylvania mansion of Bam Margera. The skateboarder said that the intruder told police she had been living on his property for weeks leading up to her crazy bedroom invasion.

Bam Margera told media outlet TMZ that the woman intruder had been camping out in the huge tree fort on his property — the very same fort which was featured as Fast Eddie’s Treetop Casino in an episode of “Viva La Bam.”

After the woman’s arrest on charges of burglary, criminal trespass and stalking, Bam said that police officers found evidence that the woman had been living in the tree house, including clothes and garbage.

However, the woman did not just hold herself up in the the tree house. Bam Margera said that the woman had knocked on his parent’s door a few weeks ago with her luggage, claiming she had already moved from to Florida to marry the skateboarder. Bam said his mother sent the woman away after attempts of setting her up with a homeless shelter.

As for the woman intruder, she’s still in custody — being held on $50,000 bail.

The 32-year-old Bam Margera and the pro boxer had a heated exchange of words, which later led into a brawl. Sources said that Bam “held his own” and “did not get hurt that bad.” Fortunately, no arrests were made due to the fist fight of Bam Margera and the pro boxer.

The ‘Jackass’ star was also recently arrested due to swimming with his clothes on in a pool during a Mardi Gras event in New Orleans. Bam Margera was later released, claiming that the police didn’t know what to charge him.

E! News got hold of Margera and asked him about his arrest, to which Bam Margera replied, “I was just swimming in a pool with all my clothes on at Mardi Gras, and I refused to get out. I went to jail, but they didn’t know what to charge me with.” The professional skater went on saying, “Not really a good story … but that’s what happened.”

Sources say that Bam was soaking wet when he was taken into custody, and was handcuffed at the scene. Eventually, he was released the next morning. “No ticket. They just wanted to f–k with me, drunk Mardi Gras nonsense,” Bam Margera added.

A spokesman for the New Orleans Police Department said they have no record of the ‘Jackass’ star being arrested, but noted that he could have been issued a summons.
