Bench warrant recalled against model SueLyn Medeiros
Hot model SueLyn Medeiros is no longer wanted by the Los Angeles county courts because the bench warrant for her arrest has already been recalled by a judge.
According to previous reports, SueLyn Medeiros failed to show up in court on August 17, where she was supposed to give proof that she had already completed her alcohol education program stemming from her 2011 arrest due to driving under the influence. Due to her no-show stunt, a judge has issued a bench warrant for her arrest.
However, the lawyer of the supermodel dropped by in court on Friday and had presented paperwork, proving that Medeiros had completed the alcohol education program. That was when the judge recalled the bench warrant.
But SueLyn Medeiros is not off the hook completely. She is still under probation and has to complete ten AA classes. The judge has given her until December 24 to do so.
