Former professional football player Brian “The Boz” Bosworth has been sued by his former tenant over a broken septic tank inside a giant mansion he used to own.

According to reports, 47-year-old Bosworth used to own a huge Malibu mansion featured during the first season of the show, “The OC.” He rented it out to a company called Grasshopper House LLC back in 2006, which currently runs the famous Passages rehab center. Brian Bosworth has since sold the house.

Unfortunately, it didn’t go so well between Brian Bosworth and Grasshopper House LLC. GH claims that the property’s septic tank went defective between 200-2009, and they were forced to cash out over $50,000 of its own money to fix the broken septic tank. Now, Grasshopper House LLC has filed a lawsuit against Bosworth due to the broken septic.

In addition to its septic tank money, Grasshopper House is also suing Brian Bosworth for a large amount of rent it claims it missed while the septic system was being repaired – $150,000. GH claims it lost the use of several rooms due to the broken septic tank.
