Pop star Britney Spears has finally struck a settlement with his former bodyguard who filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the singer, claiming that Britney repeatedly flashed her genitals to him during his time with her.

According to reports, 30-year-old Britney Spears and her former bodyguard Fernando Flores have both agree to end their two-year legal battle, which started when Flores filed a lawsuit against the “Baby One More Time” singer in 2010, claiming she would intentionally drop her cigarette lighter when he was around so she could then give him an eyeful when she picked it up.

The court documents also stated that Fernando Flores claimed that Britney Spears would bend over to retrieve the device so she could “thereby expose her uncovered genitals.”

But the former bodyguard’s most serious allegation of all is that Spears, a mother-of-two, had been abusing her children.

The pop singer vehemently denied all of the allegations of Fernando Flores, but sources said that she decided to pay a modest financial settlement to make the case go away. Britney Spears reportedly did not even cover all of her former bouncer’s legal costs, and that the agreement was reached amicably between them.

However, there is an obstacle in the way before Fernando Flores can finally receive his pay out. Because Britney Spears is still under a conservatorship, their lawsuit settlement will have to be approved by a probate court first before it becomes a done deal. But reports said that it is understood that is just a formality and should not hinder the deal from going through.

Meanwhile, Britney Spears was busy promoting her “X Factor” debut before the shows premiere on Wednesday. The singer appeared alongside the show’s resident Simon Cowell on the Ellen DeGeneres show, and revealed that she had based her style on his.

Spears also denied claims that she was too tough on the singing competition’s contenders, saying: “I used constructive criticism. I learned from the best. I prefer to be honest. I think that’s the best way to go.

She then concluded, “I wouldn’t want to be told something and then waste seven years of my life. I feel like it’s the thing to do.”

The serious medical issue of “Baby One More Time” singer Britney Spears that hinders her from making consistently sound decisions is said to be the reason her conservatorship case has lasted for four and a half years with no end in sight.

According to reports, the lawyers of pop star Britney Spears filed legal documents on Tuesday, urgently asking a judge to seal certain records in her conservatorship case. In the papers, lawyers for conservators Jamie Spears and Jason Trawick called the documents “highly sensitive,” adding “irreparable harm and immediate danger” would befall Britney if the documents are to be kept unsealed.

Back in 2008, the pop singer’s father, Jamie, was placed in charge of Britney’s legal and business affairs following her much-publicized breakdown and hospitalization. Britney Spears’ fiance Jason Trawick was made a co-conservator in April.

The move was reportedly part of the process to gradually transfer control of the estate back to the singer.

Several sources with firsthand knowledge of the conservatorship case told media outlet TMZ that the records are medical documents which outline the condition and treatment of Spears.

Reports said that the singer has a disorder affecting her personality which can have an effect on her state of mind. While she is doing “extremely well,” Britney Spears still needs the safety net of a conservatorship.

The conservators of the pop star allegedly have no plans of ending the conservatorship any time soon, and that the judge is completely down with it.

There are two components to the conservatorship case of Britney Spears — business and personal. The personal conservatorship allows Jamie Spears and Jason Trawick to make life decisions for Britney. On the other hand, the business conservatorship involves the management of the singer’s career and fortune. TMZ reports that the business side will most likely go on indefinitely because of its incredible success so far.

Twitter fans got to hear –or rather, read- the big “NOOOOO” that Britney Spears uttered last Friday when she heard that her future in-laws put their lovely home in Long Island up for sale.

According to E! News, the parents of Spears’ fiancé Jason Trawick are selling their home in Old Field, New York. The five-bedroom house sits on a secluded two acres in one of the wealthiest communities in the country. Its position on the North Shore of Long Island gives it stunning views of Conscious Bay.

The Trawicks’ house was now going for an asking price of $2.458 million.

“NOOOOO,” Britney Spears tweeted Friday. She added a link to a Newsday story that announced the sale of the home of William and Susan Trawick, the parents of her fiance Jason Trawick. “I love this house!” she protested.

According to E! News, the ‘X Factor’ judge reportedly retreated to the Trawicks’ Old Field house during every visit she paid to the East Coast.

“She loves it there,” a source close to Britney Spears informed E! News. “It’s very serene,” the source described, which explained why Britney “has spent significant time there with Jason and her boys.”

The source continued to state that Britney Spears “loves the house so much” because “It’s a peaceful haven for her.” The Long Island home was “a place where she can get away and relax” with Jason Trawick and her children.

“I wouldn’t put him through,” Britney Spears mischievously tweeted after her fiance Jason Trawick made two game attempts to audition for a spot on ‘X Factor.’

According to E! News, Trawick -who served as a producer on ‘X Factor‘ in addition to managing Spears- was driving his future bride to the San Francisco auditions during the weekend. During the long drive, Jason Trawick took the chance to serenade Spears with a few bars of ‘Sister Christian’ by hard rock band Night Ranger.

His fiancee was amused but unimpressed. “Rode in my 1st @Uber to @TheXFactorUSA auditions in SF today!” Britney Spears tweeted. “Jason auditioned for me,” she added. Her judgment? “I wouldn’t put him through,” Britney laughed.

E! News reported that Jason Trawick begged for a second shot after Britney rejected his take on ‘Sister Christian.’ “Not fair!” Britney Spears quoted her fiance in her next tweet. “Can I please try my second song choice?” Trawick begged. “I promise to show u I have the X Factor,” he vowed.

Jason Trawick then launched into his own special version of ‘Keep on Loving You’ by REO Speedwagon.

That still didn’t do the trick for Britney Spears. She had already asked fans to upload dance videos to Viddy after Trawick’s first attempt. Soon she tweeted out a new plea.

“Still no!” Britney scolded Jason Trawick. “Please send in ur best dance Viddys,” she asked her fans, “So Jason will stop!”

According to a tweet from Simon Cowell, Britney Spears had “grown claws” as an ‘X Factor’ judge. Cowell also took a potshot at his frienemy Demi Lovato by describing her to be “more annoying than ever.”

An old collaborator paid a visit to Britney Spears during the San Francisco auditions of ‘X Factor’ last Sunday.

Gossip Cop reported that one of the aspiring contestants was a singer named Don Philip. Spears had collaborated with Philip more than a decade ago on the song ‘I Will Still Love You’ from her Baby One More Time album.

After his performance, Philip told Britney Spears that “I’m gay.” He expressed his belief that she did not approve of his sexual orientation during their previous working relationship.

“I think it’s fine that you’re gay,” Spears told him. People magazine reported that she comforted Don Philip as he started to cry on the ‘X Factor’ audition stage. When it came to judging Philip’s performance, Britney Spears combined professionalism with warmth.

“Through the years,” the ‘I Will Still Love You’ singer told Don Philip, “Maybe you’ve gone through a lot of hardships and battles, and I think you’ve gone through that more than training on your voice,” Britney opined, “Because your voice really isn’t up to the bar of the standards of ‘The X Factor’ and what we want.”

Philip was devastated about not making it on ‘X Factor’, but he also took it gracefully. According to a post he put on his Facebook page, his audition “clears up a lot of past issues for me.”

He also added that reuniting with Britney Spears “gives me joy to know Brit 100% accepted me and does now.” According to Don Philip, he is “Still brits biggest fan.”

Simon Cowell may be worried about Britney Spears, but he reportedly had no problem with Demi Lovato- save, that is, keeping up with the latest smart-aleck taunt from the ‘Skyscraper’ singer on ‘X Factor.’

According to Perez Hilton, Cowell and Lovato have been enjoying trading quips during recent auditions. ”Demi and Simon are always winding each other up,” a ‘X Factor’ insider claimed. And it so happened that Simon Cowell reportedly “loves it when people give as good as they get – and Demi really does!”

The source said that Cowell “started off accusing her of being ‘annoying’ and talking too much.” He reportedly created a Frankenstein’s monster of sorts: “Now she’s a brat!” the source said of Demi Lovato.

Perez Hilton brought up the example of the most recent auditions in Oakland. Simon Cowell was reportedly getting annoyed at Demi Lovato for giving long-winded responses to hopeful ‘X Factor‘ contestants. He kept telling her to keep her answers short, like a simple “yes” or “no.”

The 19-year-old Lovato responded by pretending to apologize to the audience. ”Sorry, everyone,” Demi said of Simon Cowell, “He hasn’t had his coffee this morning. He’s in a bad mood,” she explained, and added that “Old people need their coffee.”

Simon, 52, let out a laugh before responding that Demi Lovato was “a brat” and ordering  her to be quiet.

Lovato refused to stay quiet, of course. Not when Simon Cowell later declared on ‘X Factor’ that he would name a hypothetical dog after Demi- in much the same manner like how Cowell previously described Paula Abdul, whom he reportedly fancied.

“If I had a pig,” Demi Lovato claimed, “I’d name it Simon…” She then defended her choice of name with a “What, I love pigs!”

Simon Cowell and Britney Spears received a surprise Father’s Day guest on the ‘X Factor’: KISS bass player Gene Simmons.

TMZ reported that Simmons ‘ daughter, 19-year-old Sophie Simmons, showed up at the reality show’s San Francisco auditions this Sunday. She told Cowell, Spears, and company that she wanted a “fair shot” on the show.

“This isn’t about my dad,” Sophie declared to the ‘X Factor’ judges. “This is about my audition.”

In fact, Gene Simmons almost didn’t make it to his daughter’s auditions. TMZ sources said that Sophie Simmons placed a surprise call to her rocker dad the night before. His daughter by longtime partner Shannon Tweed reportedly told Gene that she couldn’t come home and see him for Father’s Day because she planned to take a shot at the ‘X Factor.’

According to TMZ, Gene Simmons proved to be a devoted dad by immediately hopping onto a private jet and flying straightaway to San Francisco. The KISS front man made it just in time to witness Sophie Simmons performing on the stage.

Madonna received a different kind of exposure than the flashes of flesh she gave fans in Turkey and Italy, as a tabloid released what was reportedly her rider for her MDNA Tour.

The Huffington Post reported that tabloid InTouch Weekly acquired a copy of the Queen of Pop’s MDNA Tour rider. According to the alleged rider, Madonna reportedly traveled with a 200-person entourage that supposedly includes personal chefs, a yoga instructor, an acupuncturist, an one-site dry cleaner, and 30 bodyguards.

InTouch Weekly further reported that an insider claimed Madonna expected her dressing room to have 20 international phone lines. The room was also reported required to be draped in a special fabric and filled with lilies and white and light-pink roses whose stems were allegedly trimmed to precisely six inches.

“She requires all furniture be removed from the rooms,” another MDNA Tour insider told InTouch, “And replaced with her own pieces that she has shipped in.”

An anonymous insider informed The Daily Star through The Daily Mail that “Madonna has probably the longest list of requirements of any of the world’s music stars.” According to the source, Madonna “expects things to be just right or it puts her off her stage show.”

Recently, however, a Brit tabloid also claimed to have come across the rider of Britney Spears for her debut as an ‘X Factor’ judge. This rider was subsequently proven to be fake. The alleged MDNA Tour rider reported by InTouch Weekly might also be a fake.

Admittedly, Madonna seemed to be trying to outdo rival Lady Gaga when it came to attracting controversy. In Tel Aviv, Israel, a clip show flashed a Nazi swastika on the forehead of French political leader Marine Le Pen. Next, during a tour stop in Istanbul, Turkey early this month, Madonna flashed her right nipple to her delighted fans. And most recently, less than a week ago, on June 12, Madonna pulled down her pants to show a black thong for her audience in Rome, Italy.

The 53-year-old Madonna will continue to cover Europe this summer. Her MDNA Tour will debut in North America on Aug. 28 in Philadelphia.

There have been growing rumors that Simon Cowell was having second thoughts about hiring Britney Spears as a judge on ‘X Factor.’

Inside sources supposedly informed Perez Hilton that Cowell -currently sick with bronchitis- had been diligently monitoring the show’s progress from his sickbed. And he was reportedly not happy with Britney Spears walking out of filming.

“It’s embarrassing to have an empty seat on the panel in filming sessions,” claimed one of those ‘X Factor’ insiders, “As the footage is almost totally wasted.”

According to the Perez Hilton source, “If a great singer appears, and producers want to use the audition,” then it fell upon the host and other judges to explain to viewers why Britney was absent.  ”That’s not easy,” the show insider said.

Britney Spears had twice walked off the set of ‘X Factor.’ The first time she did so was during her debut as a judge in the show’s auditions at Austin, Texas. She did not return for the last four contestants. Simon Cowell later explained that judges were allowed to take breaks in between auditions and weren’t required to immediately return.

The second walkout took place during the Kansas City auditions. And Britney Spears wasn’t alone. Demi Lovato, L.A. Reid, and Louis Walsh (substituting for the sick Simon Cowell) joined her after a rude contestant turned his back on them while singing awfully.

Spears, however, was the only ‘X Factor’ judge who didn’t return to the table after the obnoxious applicant -who was described as having a “bad attitutude”- got dismissed.

Britney Spears received a $15 million paycheck to serve as a judge on the US edition of ‘X Factor’ alongside Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato, and L.A. Reid. According to numerous reports, the pop princess was recently diagnosed with a form of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder but was unable to take medication for it, which supposedly accounts for her erratic behavior.

Remember that rider–a list of backstage requests–supposedly made by Britney Spears for her judging debut on ‘X Factor,’ as reported by Look magazine and Metro?

According to Gossip Cop, it was a real document… but outdated by 12 years and thus definitely not from the hit reality contest.

In the fake ‘X Factor’ rider, which was first reported by Look magazine and later picked up by Metro, the allegedly concerned Britney Spears wanted to ensure that she has plenty of energy for her stint as a judge. Metro claimed that Spears requested “10 pieces of chicken, 10 snack-size bags of Doritos, and 12 Snickers bars” for herself.

Both Look magazine and Metro also claimed that the pop princess“wasted no time in making her presence felt.” Metro cited her alleged ‘X Factor’ rider asking for “12 vases of magnolia blossoms and four pints of potato salad” as part of the backstage deal.

Another one of her supposed demands, according to Metro, was for a “beauty team that includes a personal manicurist and massage therapist” to keep Britney Spears looking good during the show.

Unfortunately for Metro and Look, Gossip Cop reported that the ‘X Factor’ rider of Britney Spears was actually a document from twelve years ago, a.k.a. the year 2000.

Gossip Cop reported that Look magazine was forced to print an apology for its fake rider story. “We were led to believe the rider was for her new job on the panel,” the magazine said, “And published the piece in good faith.”

According to the apology printed by Look magazine, “It has emerged that the rider was in fact Britney’s rider from 2000 and not,” as they had earlier claimed, “A rider for ‘The X Factor USA’ 2012.” The magazine apologized to Britney Spears and ‘X Factor’ for its mistake.
