Brittany Kerr shuts down Twitter page after being threatened
Former “American Idol” contender Brittany Kerr has shut down her Twitter account after a slew of furious Jason Aldean fans slammed the aspiring singer on the microblogging site — calling her everything from a “skank” to a “homewrecking whore.”
According to reports, the flood of hate messages against Brittany Kerr came flooding in after several media outlets posted images of country music superstar Jason Aldean getting too close and personal with the former “AI” contestant at a crowded bar on the Sunset Strip.
However, sources close to the singer-cheerleader said that Brittany Kerr has no idea Aldean was already married, and that if she had known, she would not have let that thing happen and would totally shut the whole thing down from the start.
Even though Brittany Kerr didn’t go home with Jason Aldean, social media users lambasted her online by writing horrible things on her Facebook page, including:
“Disgusting homewrecking tramp!”
“what is wrong with you taking advantage of a married man while he was drinking.”
“everyone thinks ur a slut!”
People have also slammed Jason Aldean on his Facebook page. He has since apologized, blaming the whole incident to a bad drunken decision.
As of the moment, Kerr’s camp has not given any comment.
