“Passions” actress Brook Kerr is finally calling it quits with her husband. The star has reportedly filed for divorce from Christopher Warren.

According to reports, 38-year-old Brook Kerr filed the legal docs in Los Angeles County Superior Court this month against soon-to-be-former-husband Christopher Warren, citing irreconcilable differences as reason for their split. The couple tied the knot 22 years ago, but got separated back in 2009.

Brook Kerr had her son when she was just 16 years old with Christopher Warren. Kerr and Warren have been together since their teens before their recent divorce. Their only child, Chris Warren, Jr. is also an actor who appeared as Zeke in “High School Musical,” “High School Musical 2,” and “High School Musical 3.”

The actress was originally cast as Tara in “True Blood,” but was eventually replaced by Rutina Wesley.

Brook Kerr is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. She moved to Los Angeles after graduating high school to pursue a career in acting. She has lived there ever since. Kerr has been featured in Kenny Chesney’s video for his new single “Everybody Wants to Go to Heaven.” She was also in3T’s music video “Why” feat.Michael Jackson in 1995.

She played the character of Whitney Russell Harris since the debut of the show in 1999 and is considered one of its veteran stars. Kerr left the role of Whitney on September 6, 2007 — the second to the last day the show aired on NBC, but returned for the show’s finale episodes briefly from Mid-July 2008 to early August 2008 in a guest appearance.

Kerr’s mother currently serves as a receptionist forIndiana Governor Mitch Daniels.
