Chris Brown: I didn’t slam Cher, someone hacked my Twitter feed

Chris Brown recently did something close to miraculous: He used Twitter to patch things up between himself and someone else, namely Cher.
Earlier this week, E! News reported that a Twitter feud erupted earlier this week between R&B star and the ‘Believe’ diva regarding the latter’s political opinions. The feud, however, was reportedly fake, as Brown’s camp insisted that someone hacked his Twitter feed.
According to Chris Brown, the hacker first replicated Brown’s Twitter feed. Then the hacker sent Cher a combative tweet which sandblasted her for her political opinions and also threatened to replicate Brown’s infamous “handling” of his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
“That damn GRANNY bitch CHER,” began the hacked tweet, “needs to keep her mouth SHUTTTT about her opinion against obama !!!” The hacked tweet added that “smh she needs a beating.”
E! News reported that fans of the 66-year-old Cher didn’t take kindly to the diss from the fake Chris Brown. One of them asked their idol what she thought about the promised beating.
Cher retweeted her fan’s question and a nonchalant comment of her own. ”I Don’t know?” she tweeted. “Is that something he’s particularly Good at?”
This week, E! News reported that the real Brown contacted Cher on Twitter. ”I have the utmost respect for u as an artist!” Chris Brown told Cher. “@cher . Just to clear this up!” he tweeted.
“@cher if this is your real twitter,” Brown added in the apparent hopes of getting Cher to rein in her angry fans, “I would like to say that some of ur fans…are spreading false accusations!”
Chris Brown is infamous for using his Twitter account to engage in 140-character arguments with a slew of people that included his ex Rihanna, wrestler CM Punk, and a galaxy of Grammy viewers.

Early Tuesday morning, outspoken celebrity Cher slammed Republican Party presidential nominee Mitt Romney on Twitter- only to later delete a couple of her harshest tweets.
E! News reported that Cher posted, “If ROMNEY gets elected I don’t know if I can breathe same air as Him & his Right Wing Racist Homophobic Women Hating Tea Bagger Masters.” She later deleted that tweet.
Her scathing remark regarding Mitt Romney triggered a lightning storm of Twitter responses. Cher told one of the more profane and negative replies that, “Nice Mouth ! U learn that at Church, Gun Show,or how to press your Klan costume Klass?”
Cher then lashed at another user who called her an “atten.whore” by responding, “Actually I’m Not & if u Dislike Me SO.. Get Off My Site it Cant B Fun 4 U !” Those two tweets remained on her Twitter account. Cher, however, deleted another tweet that stated she had been “holding back” on Mitt Romney.
“TOO HARSH?” Cher practically sneered. “That’s me Holding BACK! They care nothing about the POOR The OLD The SICK The HUNGRY CHILDREN & People striving 4 a Better LIFE ! –”
The ‘Moonstruck’ star received support from her Twitter fans, some of whom apologized that other people were making things tough for Cher while others asked why she was repeating some of her hottest zingers.
Cher responded on Tuesday afternoon by tweeting, “”Hi Lovelies!hope U R having GREAT Day or Nite!” She alluded to her deleted tweets, saying, ”Sorry I Let The Dogs Out,But I Should Have Remembered 1must watch what They Say These Days!”
Asked by a fan if he harsh replies saddened her, Cher cited the title of one of her songs. “No Sweetheart,” she assured her supporter, “Just ‘STRONG ENOUGH’!!”
At the time of this writing, no one has yet to secure an official statement from a representative of Cher.
