‘Cougar Town’ star Christa Miller is facing a lawsuit from her manager who insists that the actress exploited her to get a job on the show, but refused to pay her commissions amounting to a total of $200, 000.

Jill Littman, manager of Christa Miller, filed the lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court claiming Miller violated an oral agreement to pay Littman 10% of all Christa Miller’s “Cougar Town” earnings, a sum totaling at least $198,187. Jill Littman says she helped the 47-year-old actress to land the gig in ‘Cougar Town.’ Additionally, manager Jill Littman says Christa paid her for Season One, but after that, the checks stopped coming.

The creator of the said show, Bill Lawrence, also happens to be the husband of Christa Miller.

Calls to Christa Miller have not been returned yet as of the moment.
