According to his ex-wife Michelle Rodman, Dennis Rodman went through violent mood swings on the day that he barged into her house. First he attacked her. Then he insisted to take her and their son out to breakfast- and spent their quality family time quaffing shot after shot of Jägermeister.

TMZ reported that Michelle Rodman wasn’t satisfied with a temporary restraining order against Dennis over the May 28th incident. She returned to the Orange County, CA on Wednesday and asked the judge to make it permanent.

Taking the witness stand, Michelle claimed that Dennis Rodman showed up at her house at 2:30AM without any sort of advance warning. The wasted NBA legend demanded to see his 11-year-old son.

TMZ reported that Michelle Rodman refused. Dennis allegedly did not take kindly to her refusal. He reportedly attacked and shoved her onto a bed before storming off in a huff.

Hours later, Dennis Rodman returned just as suddenly. Still drunk, he asked Michelle permission to take their son out for breakfast. Michelle insisted that she accompany them, to which Dennis acceded.

Michelle Rodman told the Orange County court that Dennis proceeded to get even more wasted. He supposedly ordered 4-6 shots of Jägermeister and downed them all in front of his son.

In addition to hitting the Jägermeister, Michelle Rodman stated that Dennis Rodman repeatedly commented about his ex-wife’s new boyfriend. “You’re f**king this white guy!” Rodman reportedly asked her.

The hearing was set to continue on Thursday morning. Dennis Rodman himself will take the stand to give his side of the event. Then it’s off to another O.C. courtroom later today. The topic for his second hearing? His $51,000-a-month child support payments.

For failing to send child support and spousal support, Dennis Rodman was sentenced to three years of probation and more than a hundred hours of community service.

The Hollywood Gossip reported that the NBA Hall of Fame member owed a whopping $808,935 of child support for his two children and an additional $51,441 in unpaid spousal support.

An Orange County judge held Rodman in contempt for his failure to pay his dues. The judge ruled that Dennis Rodman must enter a three-year probation period. Rodman was also ordered to perform 104 hours of community service.

The judge additionally ruled that the NBA legend must properly and regularly provide child support and spousal support to his estranged wife Michelle Rodman.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, Dennis Rodman asked the judge to dismiss the case. The former Chicago Bulls player claimed that he was broke. He also accused his his ex-wife Michelle Rodman of basing her six-figure alimony payments on a secret $50,000-a-month order that Dennis had been fighting since 2010.

Former NBA star Dennis Rodman is currently wanted by the police for failing to settle his child support with his baby mama.

According to reports, Florida police issued a warrant for the arrest of 50-year-old Dennis Rodman after allegedly failing to pay child support which totals to a staggering amount of $179,000. What’s more, he owes it in Florida, a state which imprisons deadbeat fathers.

“Dennis the Menace” is also a wanted man because he failed to show up for his last child support hearing.

Dennis Rodman’s financial troubles made headlines last month when court documents revealed that he was struggling to keep up with monthly payments of almost $5,000 to his third wife, Michelle Rodman. The former NBA star player reportedly owes more than $800,000 in back child support to Michelle. However, Dennis says he can’t afford to pay it because he is “sick” and “broke.”

However, the former basketball player’s longtime lawyers, Bradford Cohen and Vanessa Prieto, said that they will walk Dennis into court to “clear it all up.” The lawyers say Dennis was never properly served with legal papers, so he had no idea there was a hearing.

The lawyers explained to the judge that there had been a mix-up. They succeeded in getting the arrest warrant revoked after revealing that Dennis Rodman is in the process of fighting the child support order filed against him.

Dennis Rodman and Michelle Rodman got married back in 2003 on the basketball player’s 42nd birthday. They have two children together –  a son, D.J, and a daughter, Trinity.

The former NBA player  was previously married to model/actress, Carmen Electra.

Former NBA star Dennis Rodman is officially single again, now that he has finally settled the divorce battle with his then-wife, Michelle Rodman.

According to reports, Michelle initially filed for a divorce from Dennis Rodman back in 2004. But after several years of negotiation and and attempted reconciliation, Michelle then filed legal docs again this year and their marriage has been officially dissolved. As for the primary motive behind re-filing the papers, the attorney of Michelle, Mary Ann Noiroux said that her client just wanted closure for their kids.

However, the former couple has yet to work out on a number of financial issues stemming from the split. Michelle Rodman recently accused Dennis Rodman of owing her $800,000 in child support for their two children and more than $51,000 in spousal support.

Dennis Rodman and Michelle Rodman tied the knot back in 2003 on the basketball player’s 42nd birthday. They have two children together –  a son and a daughter.

The former NBA player  was previously married to model/actress, Carmen Electra.

Former NBA star Dennis Rodman does not seem too fixated on his child support debt. He was reportedly seen at an expensive restaurant in Miami this weekend, allegedly laughing in the faces of all the people he owes money, TMZ reports.

Dennis Rodman and his entourage were spotted at a place called Joe’s Stone Crab – a prominent place in Miami where entrees range from $25 to $45. While Rodman and his group were on their way out, a photographer asked about the NBA star’s financial problems, like the child support debt he owes to his baby mama. Reports say Dennis Rodman allegedly laughed at the question, and his entourage proceeded to mock the photographer.

Rodman’s lawyer has publicly claimed that the 50-year-old former basketball player doesn’t have the money to pay his child support debt amounting to $800,000 and $51,000 in spousal support because he’s completely broke and “sick.” Meanwhile, Dennis Rodman has been fighting his child support order for years because he can’t afford it.

A former Las Vegas waitress has also filed legal docs against Rodman for $225,000, claiming he slapped her bottom on the job.

However, it seems that everything is a joke fodder to Dennis Rodman, TMZ reports – with Rodman’s friend even quoting his lawyer in a mocking tone, joking, “He’s broke and sick motherf**ker … we’re going under the bridge after this.”

Retired NBA star Dennis Rodman is facing yet another legal trouble, now that the court has demanded him to give more than a hundred thousand dollars to a waitress who filed a lawsuit against him for alleged sexual assault.

According to reports, Vegas waitress Sara Robinson filed a lawsuit against the former Chicago Bulls legend after he allegedly assaulted her sexually at the Hard Rock. Dennis Rodman failed to respond to the lawsuit, and now Robinson won a default judgment with the total amount of $225,000.

However, Sara Robinson claims that the NBA star still hasn’t paid her a cent. Now, she has filed new docs in Florida to continue the legal battle against Dennis Rodman. Sara Robinson wants the court to enforce the judgment in Florida where she suspects Rodman owns property, hoping that this time he would finally pay up.

The lawyer of Sara Robinson said, “Mr. Dennis Rodman has not paid any of the judgment,” therefore forcing the client, Sara, to file papers in every state where the 50-year-old former basketball player holds residency, including California and New Jersey.

As previous reports have stated, Dennis Rodman also owes his ex-wife $800k in spousal and child support, but Rodman’s lawyer claims that the NBA star is broke and sick.

The rep of Dennis Rodman said, “We have a Vegas lawyer involved now and expect this to be thrown out. It’s really a case of someone trying to take advantage of the situation because she was fired.”

Retired NBA player Dennis Rodman has just dodged jail time for failing to pay spousal and child support to ex-wife Michelle Rodman. However, Rodman says he has a valid reason for not paying up – it’s because he is broke.

Michelle Rodman, Dennis’ ex-wife filed new docs this month, claiming “Dennis the Menace” owes $808,935 in unpaid child support for his nine and ten-year-old children, plus an additional $51,441 in unpaid spousal support. Michelle is also requesting Dennis for attorneys’ fees.

The former NBA star’s attorney, Linnea Willis, responded to the filing of Michelle Rodman. Willis insisted that Dennis Rodman is broke, barely capable of paying for his living expenses, let alone the $5,000 he owes for one child from another marriage. The documents filed by Attorney Willis also added that Dennis is “extremely sick” and his marketability is diminishing with age and illness.

According to Dennis Rodman’s’ lawyer, the giant child support figure is based on an order Michelle Rodman obtained a while ago behind his back, which requires Dennis to pay $50,000 a month in child support – an order Dennis has been fighting since 2010. The attorney also insists that the monthly amount is “unjustified” because it isn’t based on Dennis Rodman’s actual income. Instead, it is reportedly based on ludicrous estimates made by the attorney of Michelle Rodman.

“In all honesty, Dennis, although a very sweet person, is an alcoholic,” said Peggy Williams, the NBA star’s financial advisor. “His sickness impacts his ability to get work. This case, especially his wife filing for divorce, has put him on a binge that I have never seen before. He is extremely hurt and extremely sick. He is often unable to obtain work because of this sickness. And his sickness is getting increasingly worse.”

Dennis Rodman said that he and Michelle Rodman – whom he referred to as his “wife” during the court session – get along well and that he’d dined with her and his children at an Outback Steakhouse on Monday evening.

Some of Rodman’s financial difficulties stem from having cashed out his NBA retirement so he could pay back taxes owed to the state of California for 2002-2003, according to documents filed with the Lamoreaux Justice Center in Orange. However, Dennis Rodman still owes more than $350,000 in back taxes, but his attorney, Willis, said Rodman’s taxes were done improperly by a former accountant and disputed that figure.
