DJ Khaled has been sued by his landlord to have him evicted from his Miami apartment, claiming that the disc jockey failed to pay back his rent.

According to the court documents filed in Miami, last September, DJ Khaled rented an apartment from Misci LLC and agreed to cash out two bulk payments of $66,000 for rent. The disc jockey gave his first payment, but the landlord’s lawsuit stated that Khaled failed to make the second payment after re-working the deal to cash out $11,000 upfront and the remaining $55,000 one month later.

Two weeks later, Misci LLC said they gave DJ Khaled three days notice to vacate the apartment, but then he refused. That was when Misci decided to file a lawsuit so they can get their money back — plus attorney’s fees — and have the disc jockey thrown out of the Miami apartment.

As of the moment, Khaled has not responded to the lawsuit of Misci LLC.
