‘Deadliest Catch’ star Elliott Neese looks like he’s the one caught in quite a mess. His baby mama got a restraining order against the reality TV show star, accusing him of harassment. Reports say the two haven’t been copacetic for a long time now.

According to court docs filed in Alaska by Neese’s baby mama Valerie Gunderson, the captain of the F/V Ramblin’ Rose has been on bad terms with Valerie for a while, and now she believes there are signs already that Elliott Neese could “snap” on her at any moment. Valerie Gunderson alleges that Neese has been drinking, possibly using drugs and harassing her by phone and text.

Additionally, Gunderson claims that on February 13, Elliott Neese called her 38 times and sent 15 text messages to her in less than an hour when she refused to talk to him.  One month before that, Valerie Gunderson claims the star called her 54 times in one night. Also, Valerie claims Elliott called her mother as well and told her, “If I can’t have [Valerie] nobody can.”

Valerie Gunderson says that Elliott Neese has a history of domestic violence, like smashing her belongings in 2010 and attacking her in 2006, and that she does not want to be a victim again. The judge felt Gunderson’s fears are legit, so he issued a temporary restraining order against Elliott Neese, forbidding him from calling Valerie Gunderson or contacting her in any way.
