R&B singer Faith Evans reportedly owes the State of California- and if she doesn’t pay up, the state may come knocking at her door for the keys to her homes.

According to Perez Hilton, the wife of the late rapper Notorious BIG failed to pay back taxes from 2008-2010. The total amount Faith owes the government of California is over $60,000.

The State of California Tax Franchise Board warned that the ‘Gone Already’ singer should pay her back taxes as soon as possible, or else the state will have free reign to seize up her assets, which includes her homes.

The last time Faith Evans made the headlines was in 2010, when she was arrested for driving under influence.
