“Ocean’s Eleven” star George Clooney is slamming an “exclusive” story from The Sun that claims he “is splitting from another lover — his sexy young girlfriend Stacy Keibler.”

According to reports from the British newspaper, while the 51-year-old George Clooney “appeared to be finally settling down,” Stacy Keibler “is now telling friends: It’s over.”

The paper alleges that it’s because “notoriously commitment-shy Clooney has got cold feet again about settling down.”

The Sun also quotes a so-called “pal of Stacy’s” as saying that the TV host “hoped they would be together long-term,” but “George wants to be on his own again.”

“It was a big breakthrough to spend time with his parents,” the source added, claiming, “But over the last few weeks George has pulled away from her.”

The Sun even went on to allege that “a statement is expected any day announcing the pair have split amicably.”

However, Stan Rosenfield, the rep of George Clooney slammed the breakup report: “A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler is not true,” adding that the article is a “total fabrication designed to sell newspapers.”

Britain’s infamous The Sun, which also made its own headlines recently for publishing Prince Harry’s naked Las Vegas photos in defiance of the royal family’s wishes, is reporting that Stacy Keibler herself has been telling close friends that her relationship with George Clooney is over.

“She said George wants to be on his own again and has no intention of getting married,” a so-called friend of Keibler told the tabloid. “Stacy hoped they would be together long-term. It was a big breakthrough to spend time with his parents. But over the last few weeks George has pulled away from her.”

The couple spent quite a bit of the summer together, including many weeks at his villa on Lake Como and otherwise touring around Europe.

However, Stacy Keibler, fresh from her extended vacation, was flying solo at the recent Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.

When asked at the Vera Wang show if George Clooney would be joining her in the front row one of these days, she said, “I don’t know, ask him.”

Beware, companies who fake celebrity endorsements, for you may just face Danny and Tess Ocean, a.k.a. George Clooney and Julia Roberts.

Perez Hilton reports that the two A-listers of ‘Ocean’s 11′ have filed a joint lawsuit against audio-visual companies Digital Projection, Inc. and Beyond Audio for the use of “large photographs of Plaintiffs in Defendants’ advertising, marketing and promotions.”

Join plaintiffs George Clooney and Julia Roberts are asking for unspecified compensatory damages, treble damages, punitive damages, attorneys fees and an injunction against further use of their names or images.

This is not the first time a company attempted to fake celebrity endorsements. Last month, The Hollywood Reporter reported that Clint Eastwood filed a lawsuit against furniture company Evofurniture, website Inmod.com, and Indmod.com’s domain name owners Alan Finkelstein and Casey Choron last month. Evofurniture had used the ‘Dirty Harry’ star’s first and last names for their products without the permission of Clint Eastwood.

George Clooney and Julia Roberts are not sharing an attorney for their suit against Digital Projection, Inc. and Beyond Audio. However, sources believe they deliberately teamed up for their lawsuit as a warning to other companies planning to use the images and likeness of  Hollywood stars without their permission.

The recent hospitalization of Demi Moore due to substance abuse sure is a hot topic among other Hollywood stars as of the moment. The main reason her hospitalization circulated like wildfire over the Internet and among the community of actors and actresses is because the 911 call placed on behalf of Demi Moore was released to the public. But George Clooney doesn’t believe this should have been the case. Among her co-stars in Hollywood, George Clooney is one to express his disdain about the release of the 911 call.

During an interview with ‘The Insider’, George Clooney said, “It’s always troubling when people you know and people who you care about end up going through a difficult time … I think it’s a stupid thing. I think it’s stupid for anyone, whether they’re celebrated or not, I don’t believe their 911 call should be broadcast around the world, but that’s my opinion.”

“What’s happening and what people have to remember is that people are getting famous from Facebook and Twitter, so it’s not just about people here, it’s about everybody. There won’t be any version of privacy. So it’s going to be a tricky thing,” added George Clooney.

Demi Moore’s divorce with ex-beau Ashton Kutcher may have left her a bit on the down low, but then again, it is reported that Demi Moore is currently seeking professional help “to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.” The rep of the ‘Ghost’ actress even said, “She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”
