Actress Hilary Swank is donning gloves for a lawsuit against a southern California company that allegedly used her images from the movie ‘Million Dollar Baby’ without her permission.

Perez Hilton reported that Swank filed a lawsuit in a Los Angeles court against Robert’s Home Audio and Video onMonday. The actress accused the company of violating her right of publicity by using pictures of her from the Oscar-winning movie in an advertising campaign.

According to the legal paperwork accessed by TMZ, the lawsuit did not exactly detail how Swank’s images were used. Fourteen pages were used to list her credits and awards.

Last month, Clint Eastwood -who costarred with Hilary Swank- sued a furniture company for naming their products after him without asking for his permission. And earlier this month, ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ stars George Clooney and Julia Roberts filed a joint lawsuit against two audio-visual companies.
