Rapper Eminem and teen star Justin Bieber’s names are being dragged in a lawsuit filed against a company named J-Mike who was supposed to book the two singers a concert in Korea – but never materialized.
According to reports, a company called Moonstone Management filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming it hired another company, J-Mike, back in 2010 to recruit either Eminem or Justin Bieber for a concert in Seoul, South Korea. However, Moonstone claims J-Mike never delivered.
According to the lawsuit, Moonstone Management paid J-Mike a down payment of $300,000 to secure one of the stars, but J-Mike allegedly just strung them along for months with nothing to show for it, then eventually calling off the deal without returning the cash.
Now, Moonstone Management is suing J-Mike for its money back, plus other unspecified damages.
