Janet Jackson to seek mortgage help from Michael Jackson’s estate

Michael Jackson’s Estate wants to partially pay the mortgage of singer Janet Jackson.

According to reports, Michael Jackson’s Estate — which is in charge of the affairs of the late King of Pop — filed the legal documents asking a probate judge for permission to shoulder the property bill of 46-year-old Janet Jackson for her Las Vegas home, because the house is used occasionally by the family matriarch, Katherine Jackson.

Michael Jackson’s Estate is reportedly willing to pay a share of the mortgage bill based on how much time Katherine spends there. Katherine is the co-guardian of Michael’s children — Blanket, 10, Paris, 14, and Prince, 15.

A hearing is pending on the request, which was said to be submitted even before Janet Jackson and some of her other siblings called for the executors of the Estate to relinquish their position, claiming the will of Michael Jackson was a fake one.

However, it is still unclear what will happen as it was also recently reported that Katherine Jackson is refusing to talk to her daughter, Janet Jackson, as well as her other children Randy and Rebbie because she believes that the Jackson siblings deliberately hindered her three grandchildren from contacting her when she made an unplanned trip to a spa in Arizona.

Previous reports said that Janet Jackson and her other siblings are banned from entering the Calabasas home of Katherine Jackson, where she lives with Blanket, Paris and Prince. This was because they are at war with the executors of Michael Jackson’s Estate (which pays for the property) but the Jackson family matriarch is said to be “heartbroken” over their recent demeanor and does not wish to see them.

According to a source, ”For the time being, Janet, Rebbie, and Randy aren’t allowed at the home. The executors were asked to send a letter to Katherine’s children after the trio, plus Jermaine, descended onto the house while Katherine was in Tucson, Arizona unaware that her grandchildren had been trying to reach her, and an altercation ensued.”

The source added, ”Katherine is free to see Janet, Rebbie or Randy, just not at that house. However, Katherine has absolutely no desire to see them right now because she is just heartbroken that they betrayed her trust and didn’t tell her that Michael’s children had been trying to contact her.”

The problems began when Janet Jackson, along with Rebbie, Randy and their brothers Jermaine and Tito sent a letter to Michael Jackson’s Estate executors John Branca and John McClain demanding their resignation. However, Tito and Jermaine later released statements in which they said they regretted signing the document and are renouncing their position in the letter.
