Assault, drug charges of “Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans dropped
August 28th, 2012 by faye
The assault and drug charges against “Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans had been dropped already during a court appearance on Monday, stemming from a June incident wherein she and then-fiancé Gary Head were arrested by the police following a heated altercation.
Reports said that in court on Monday, all of the charges of 20-year-old Jenelle Evans were dismissed. Meanwhile, Gary Head pleaded guilty to the assault on a female as part of a plea bargain.
“Court is over. Gary Head pleaded guilty to assault on a female and all my charges were dropped,” Evans wrote on her Twitter page.
As to the deal of Head, Jenelle wrote, “But if he didn’t take the plea bargain then he was facing serioussssss consequences.”
As it was previously reported, troubled reality star couple Jenelle Evans and Gary Head were arrested in North Carolina back in June. The two were booked on several charges, including simple assault, possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Head was also given an assault on a female charge.
Jenelle Evans recently won a restraining order request against Gary Head and was granted a no-contact order against him, which prevents her former boyfriend from direct or indirect contact with the MTV reality star for one year.
“She is excited to have this chapter of her life behind her and feels confident that she will be protected with the no-contact order in place,” her attorney, Dustin Sullivan said. “As for what this means for Jenelle, she has another set of charges dismissed and she can move on with her life.”
Jenelle Evans said of the court ruling, “The judge said ‘are you sure you don’t want to go further?’ I said ‘no he can take this plea. I want no contact with him that’s all.’”

‘Teen Mom’ star Amber Portwood may be a jailbird now, but even jailbirds want to take care of their little chicks.
The Hollywood Gossip reported that the 20-year-old Portwood recently resumed her 5-year-jail term after giving up on rehab. However, she also wanted to do whatever it took to maintain her relationship with her adorable 3-year-old daughter, Leah Portwood.
The emotionally-wringing Tuesday episode of ‘Teen Mom’ covered Portwood’s time in rehab in Malibu, California. Amber Portwood received a welcome visit from her daughter Leah and her ex-fiancee Gary Shirley.
However, The Hollywood Gossip reported that their family reunion hit a hitch because of an earlier court order concerning the estranged couple. Shirley was shocked to find out that he was legally barred from being in the same room with Amber and Leah Portwood at the same time.
“I brought Leah with me,” Gary Shirley told Amber Portwood, “But I guess we can’t be together.” After an embrace, the estranged couple parted ways so that Amber could talk to Leah Portwood while the ‘Teen Mom’ camera team kept shooting.
“This is where Mommy’s been living for a while,” Amber told her daughter.
The Hollywood Gossip reported that Portwood promised to maintain her relationship with Gary Shirley and their little girl despite facing five long years in jail.
Another ‘Teen Mom’ cast member appeared to be going the tear-filled way of Amber Portwood. Jenelle Evans and Gary Head were recently arrested for assaulting each other and possessing marijuana and a “controlled substance.” The couple broke up for the umpteenth time after they were released following the payment of bonds.
Jenelle Evans, estranged fiancé Gary Head arrested for assault, drugs

The latest scene between ‘Teen Mom 2’ star Jenelle Evans and her fiancé Gary Head sent both of them to jail over the weekend
E! News confirmed that Evans and her temperamental fiancé got into a nasty fight at her Oak Island, N.C., home on Sunday that turned violent. Evans called 911 for a domestic violence incident. The police arrested Gary Head- and then arrested Jenelle Evans as well.
According to Evans’ attorney, Dustin Sullivan, the ‘Teen Mom 2’ star was charged with simple assault. She was also charged with possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. Jenelle spent the night in jail Sunday; she was released on a $500 secured bond.
Attorney Sullivan went on to say that Gary Head was charged with assault on a female and the same possession charges that Evans faced. Evan’s Marine beau posted a $1500 bond.
E! News reported that Attorney Dustin Sullivan was surprised that the cops took his client into custody in the first place. According to him, Jenelle Evans was the one who got assaulted and the one who called the police. In addition, the cops did not find the drugs on Evans.
“I do plan on speaking with the officers involved,” Attorney Sullivan told E! News, “To learn more about why the victim of this assault was charged.” Adding that he “will hopefully know more soon,” he promised that he intends to defend his client from these allegations.
Earlier reports claimed that Jenelle Evans possessed Klonopin, the brand name for the drug Clonazepam, which is taken to prevent seizures. Attorney Dustin Sullivan said that he hadn’t seen the police report yet, so he couldn’t confirm that Klonopin/Clonazepam was the controlled substance in question.
E! News was also informed by a source close to the couple that Gary Head “beat the s–t out of [Jenelle Evans] and strangled her.” The source said that Head would be “dishonorably discharged from the Marines” for what he did.
According to a second insider who was friendly with Jenelle Evans, the reality star woke up with a bad bipolar disorder after a night of partying. Evans started to “beat” on Gary, which left marks on his body. She also accused him of cheating on her with another girl.
That same insider told E! News that Gary Head took Jenelle’s cell phone and smashed it as revenge. Jenelle took his cell phone and called the cops with it. The two were promptly arrested. This source was unable to confirm if Gary had physically assaulted Jenelle. But Head was allegedly worrying that he’d get kicked out of the military.
E! News reported that Gary Head and Jenelle Evans took to Twitter after getting released from jail. “I’ve had a rough 2 days,” wrote Head in the first of a series of tweets, “and I just want to be left alone. As soon as I’m out of all this trouble,” he added, “I would be happy with a $50,000 jackpot.”
After a follower asked about the status of his relationship with Evans, Gary Head said that “[Jenelle is] no longer my fiancé or girl.” According to him, “She can be with who she pleases” because “I can honestly careless [sic] who she’s with.”
Head swore “on my friends grave” that “no. I’m def not marrying her.” He then claimed that “[Jenelle Evans] has ruined my life.”
On Evan’s part, the MTV reality starlet hinted on Twitter that Gary physically assaulted her. “Went to the hospital yesterday for my injuries,” she tweeted. “thank God im fine. New chapter opened in my life,” her tweet claimed, “and im pretty excited
.”
Jenelle Evans also implied that Head broke her phone. “Sorry haven’t been on Twitter,” she apologized, “but my phone to pieces.” She claimed that “my new one will be in today so I can tweet my little heart away lmao!”
She then added that she was “Off to the tmj specialist to look at my jaw then neck dr
”
E! News added that Jennelle Evans also accused Gary Head of cheating on her on Twitter. “Yes I left him becuz he was caught cheating,” she said. “He did something to me that was physical and tramatizing,” Evans claimed before adding that “I’m just so grated jace wasn’t there.” (Jace is Evans’ infant son.)
According to E! News, Even’s fiancée Gary Head could face a dishonorable discharge from the Marine Corps if he is charged with a felony for assaulting Evans.
This was not the first time Gary Head and Jenelle Evans butted heads. After they bitterly argued over a Tiffany necklace earlier this June, Evans briefly called off their engagement.

Jenelle Evans claimed that she was “not in the right state of mind” to refuse or stop her ex-boyfriend, Kiefer Delp, taking nude snapshots of her after her breast augmentation surgery.
According to an exclusive interview by E! News this Tuesday, the ‘Teen Mom’ star said that she hadn’t recovered from the anesthesia and was also woozy from prescription medication at the time Kiefer Delp took the photos.
“I was still not in the right state of mind from the anesthesia and I was on my prescribed medication,” Jenelle Evans said.
A recent passel of nude photos taken by Kiefer Delp last week showed every square inch of the 20-year-old Evans’ body before and after she underwent breast augmentation surgery. Delp subsequently auctioned the revealing pictures to the tabloids.
Hindsight is 20-20, and Jenelle Evans admitted that she didn’t know who she can trust after this incident.
“I’m very depressed but I’ll eventually get over it,” the ‘Teen Mom’ star assured E! News. “I just wish I knew who to trust these days. He was the only one that had them and now they are online. I also have texts of him admitting it.”
Jenelle Evans later explained on Twitter how Kiefer Delp got away with taking the photos. ”I was f–ked up off of anesthesia after the surgery,” she tweeted. “I didn’t kno [sic] he took the after photos. The before photos [he] took without me lookin and told me he deleted them thats why I was laughing in the pic cuz I’m like lol stop.”
The MTV personality added that, “I didn’t give him any permission and yes I kno [sic] I have a good case.” However, according to Evans, her ex-boyfriend “has more blackmail on me so I cant.”
Ironically, Kiefer Delp was supposed to be the one who took care of Jenelle Evans after her breast augmentation surgery.

Perez Hilton reported that, after flaunting her figure, the 20-year-old ‘Teen Mom‘ star went on Twitter to do battle with her critics.
A Twitter follower scolded Jenelle Evans for spending so much money on breast implants when her 2-year-old son Jace Evans has more important needs. But the reality star countered that she had already set up a job and a trust fund for Jace.
Another wondered why Evans put on a tight bathing suit only a few days after going under the knife. The ‘Teen Mom’ member replied that her doctors cleared her for bras and similar tops once she felt “comfortable” enough.
Jenelle Evans did make one promise to Twitter followers and ’Teen Mom’ viewers: She “wouldn’t do any other kind of form of plastic surgery forever.”

Jenelle Evans of “Teen Mom” allegedly cutting herself
April 18th, 2012 by faye
Reality star Jenelle Evans of “Teen Mom” seems to have or had issues with cutting herself, claims her former friend.
According to Tori Rhyne, Jenelle Evans’ then-friend, the extensive and well-documented family distress initially put her in a bad place, leading to Jenelle’s self-destructive behavior, such as cutting herself. “They’re all crazy,” Rhyne claims of the Evans family.
Tori Rhyne claims that when the parents of Jenelle Evans parted ways, “It just messed with her head” and that she would constantly call her crying about any number of things.
Rhyne said she would reassure Jenelle things will eventually get better. Additionally, she also became aware of the reality star’s cutting fixation when she would visit her house. Even with her wrists concealed, either wrapped or covered by long sleeves, “Sometimes you [could] see the blood and stuff,” Tori Rhyne recalled.
She says she’d try to cheer up Jenelle Evans by telling her that “she is not alone,” but with only mixed results, leading to an estrangement between the two friends. Tori Rhyne admits that her frustration with Jenelle Evans even caused her to turn physically abusive toward her friend at times – even before their crazy fight on “Teen Mom 2.”
“I would actually slap her cuts that she had on her wrist,” Rhyne says. “I knew it was gonna hurt her a little bit, but I wanted to make a point.”
Jenelle Evans recently broke up with Gary Head and is said to be off drugs and seeking custody of her son Jace.

“Teen Mom” star Jenelle Evans has reportedly broken up with her current boyfriend, Gary Head and accused him of battery.
According to reports, Evans posted the incident on Twitter Sunday, writing “I’m very depressed. Me and Gary broke up for good.” The reality star elaborated, saying “What hurts the worst is he doesn’t give two f-cks how I’m feeling,” then accused Gary Head of beating her during an argument, which Head denied. “I never hit her,” he tweeted.
Gary Head, who is in the Marines, told one Twitter user that “getting girls has never been a problem for me. That’s why I left Jenelle for someone better.” Jenelle Evans responded that she did eventually “call the cops” but “told them I didn’t want to press charges to jeopardize his career.”
However, the reality star seems to have changed her tune Monday, writing: “He is being kicked out and he’s $9,000 in debt. He’s about to lose it all.”
One source claims that the former couple had “been fighting for a really long time,” while another insider says that Jenelle Evans “was really into him [Gary Head] but got sick of him totally walking all over her.”
Meanwhile, Jenelle Evans shut down her Twitter account and posted a Youtube video in which she’s seen riding in the passenger seat of a car and singing an angry rendition of “Face Down,” a song about domestic violence by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.
