Former porn actress Jenna Jameson has just pleaded guilty to DUI charges stemming from her recent arrest after a car crash — but the good news is that she will not be doing jail time.

According to reports, Jenna Jameson was sentenced on Thursday to three years of informal probation. She was also ordered to participate in a three-month alcohol education program, as well as the MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) program in Orange County.

Previous reports have stated that Jameson was busted by the authorities following a single-car accident back in May 25 in Westminster, Orange County when her Range Rover struck a pole, resulting in minor injuries. The porn star was subsequently charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Jenna Jameson was also charged with driving without a valid license, but that charge was dropped as part of her guilty plea for the DUI charges. Law enforcement sources said that Jameson blew a .13 after undergoing a breathalyzer test. She also had two prescription drugs — zolpidem (Ambien) and buprenorphine (Suboxone) — in her system at the time of her DUI arrest.

According to previous reports, 38-year-old Jenna Jameson entered a “not guilty” plea on Tuesday. She was arrested on May 25 by the police after she struck the Range Rover she was driving into a light pole in Westminster, resulting in minor injuries. Police officers said that the porn star showed signs of being inebriated, failed a sobriety test, and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Law enforcement sources added that Jenna Jameson blew a .13 on the breathalyzer (way above the state legal limit) and even had two prescription drugs in her system — zolpidem (Ambien) and buprenorphine (Suboxone) — at the time of her arrest.

Jameson was charged with three misdemeanor counts, which includes driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood alcohol level over the state legal limit, and driving on a suspended license.

John Marshall Kremer, the attorney of Jenna Jameson, told the City News Service that his client declined to give any comment on the matter.

A pretrial hearing has been set for August 16. In case she is convicted, Jenna faces up to one year in prison.

Former porn star Jenna Jameson is facing a lawsuit from a car company due to allegations that she refused to return a vehicle that has been leased to her.

According to reports, Maserati Financial Services filed a $100,000 lawsuit against Jameson in Orange County Superior Court, claiming that they leased a Maserati Quattroporte S to the former porn star back in 2010 for $2,299 per month — but then she stopped paying the monthly fee in January.

Maserati Financial Services said that it has been trying to repossess the vehicle to no avail, so they have decided to file a lawsuit against Jenna Jameson, demanding that she return the vehicle leased to her as soon as possible. The car company is also asking her to pay $107,000 in damages.

This is not the first time Jenna Jameson had a run-in with the law. Last month, the porn legend was charged with driving under the influence following her arrest in May.
