Now that Puddle of Mudd’s front, Wes Scantlin, filed for divorce from his wife Jessica Nicole Scantlin, she says she does not care about the prenup she signed before their marriage – what she wants now is to be given half of the money that West Scantlin earned while the couple were still married.

Jessica Nicole Scantlin filed the legal docs in Los Angeles,  claiming she “will seek for the premarital agreement to either be set aside on the grounds that it is either unenforceable or she was coerced into executing it.”

According to the statement given by Jessica Nicole Scantlin, her soon-to-be-ex-husband Wes Scantlin, who filed for divorce in November, compelled her to sign the agreement right before their wedding back in 2008, knowing Jessica Nicole Scantlin would not hesitate because her family had already given a huge investment into their wedding ceremony.

As a result, Jessica Nicole asserts that she has been screwed out of her interest in the music Wes Scantlin wrote while the two were still married, music Jessica claims she inspired.

Jessica Nicole Scantlin and her attorney Brian Kramer is filing a lawsuit in the hopes of invalidating the contract, asking the court to grant her “one-half interest of all past, present, and future revenues” produced by the music Wes Scantlin created during their marriage.
