Joe says NO to it! The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Joe Giudice, husband of Teresa Giudice, made a risky and bold decision when he chose to reject the plea bargain offered to him for the fraud and impersonation charges he is currently facing. Instead, Joe Giudice pleaded not guilty on Monday when he showed up in court.

Back in December, Joe Giudice earned a two-count allegation for an incident which occurred in late 2010. When Joe Giudice lost his license due to a DUI charge against him, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” actor used his brother’s marriage and birth certificate to accomplish a new, and fake license.

This probably is not how they pictured out the way they will start this new year of 2012, after Joe Giudice and his family just recently got their $10.9 million debt settlement.

If Joe Giudice accepted the plea bargain, his potential maximum sentence time would have been cut in half – from ten years to five years, should he be found guilty of the fraud and impersonation charges filed against him. However, if Joe Giudice loses in the fraud and impersonation charges, he will definitely leave his wife Teresa and four lovely daughters all to themselves.
