John Cena divorce battle finally comes to an end
July 19th, 2012 by faye
The divorce battle of professional wrestler and actor John Cena with his estranged wife, Elizabeth Huberdeau is finally over. In fact, the former couple both agreed to bury the hatchet.
According to sources, the WWE and “Raw” wrestling star and his wife have called for a peaceful agreement. As of the moment, everything between the two is “settled.” As it was previously reported, Elizabeth Huberdeau somehow felt like she was blindsided when John Cena suddenly filed for a divorce back in May to put an end to their three-year marriage.
The situation got nasty pretty quickly, with Huberdeau making moves to challenge her prenup agreement with the pro wrestler. Cena’s wife also said she believed that her husband was fooling around with other women behind her back.
And now, the attorney of Elizabeth Huberdeau, Raymond Rafool, told media outlet TMZ that Elizabeth and John Cena have managed to privately work things out, saying “All matters [in the divorce] have been settled and resolved amicably.”
John Cena reportedly unfaithful to wife, alleges Liz Cena attorney

The divorce between WWE superstar John Cena and his high school sweetheart Liz just got uglier after Liz alleged her estranged husband cheated on her during the marriage.
According to a report by TMZ, Liz Cena was convinced that John was unfaithful to her during their three-year marriage. And now she was hunting for evidence to bring to court.
TMZ was the first to break the story about how John Cena blindsided his wife by filing divorce papers back in May. Cena claimed that a remodeling of their house caused unbearable strife between him and Liz Cena.
The webloid now reported that Liz’s attorney Raymond Rafool allegedly received information that the WWE superstar was messing around during their marriage.
John Cena and his then-fiance Liz signed a prenuptial agreement years before they married. But if it can be proven that the WWE superstar cheated on his wife, Liz Cena could challenge the prenup and get a more favorable division of assets.
“We’re definitely following up on every lead,” Attorney Raymond Rafool told TMZ, “Relative to his being unfaithful before AND after the separation.”
Attorney Rafool did not directly state that they already possessed proof of Cena’s infidelity.
TMZ contacted the camp of John Cena, but did not receive any response.
John Cena files for divorce, claims marriage “irretrievably broken”

John Cena is divorcing his childhood sweetheart. According to an exclusive report by TMZ, the WWE star filed the docs in Florida. Cena claimed that his marriage with wife Liz Huberdeau was “irretrievably broken.” The high school sweethearts married three years ago. John Cena and his wife have no children.
Liz Huberdeau has hired Miami attorney Raymond Rafool to represent her. Rafool earlier represented Linda Hogan during her divorce with Hulk Hogan. But John Cena -whose personal worth is estimated at $18 million- may prove a tougher legal nut to crack for Rafool. According to the Miami, FL court documents, Liz Huberdeau signed a pre-nup in 2009 that weakened her legal position.
Attorney Raymond Rafool has already released a statement on the matter. Saying that “It is indeed unfortunate that John Cena decided to divorce his high school sweetheart Liz Cena” and noting that the couple “have come so far in their lives and in his career together,” Rafool still concluded that, “Liz will and really has no choice but to pursue all of her rights and entitlements.”
“Sadly,” he added, “Divorce is not the way Liz thought her perfect love story would end.”
In an 12:12 PM update, Raymond Rafool informed TMZ that John Cena blindsided his wife with the divorce filing. He explained that the couple were already estranged and that John Cena even approached Liz Huberdeau with a pre-divorce financial settlement agreement. But Liz believed that their relationship would still work out, so she refused to sign the document.
