Teen pop star Justin Bieber is being sued by a Michigan man who claims Bieber stole his credit card to buy himself a penis enlargement, and that he is cheating on his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, with Ke$ha, Rihanna and Penelope Cruz.

According to reports, 18-year-old Justin Bieber has been sued by a man from Michigan who claims to be the father of “Love You Like A Love Song” singer Selena Gomez. Below are some of the most bizarre allegations made by the Michigan man against Justin Bieber:

The chromed out Fisker Karma of pop star Justin Bieber has been towed on Tuesday night in Los Angeles while the teen was performing a concert — but reports say it was not the singer’s fault.

Media outlet TMZ was able to obtain photos of the parking incident at the Shore Hotel in Santa Monica. A rep for the towing company said that the Fisker Karma of 18-year-old Justin Bieber had been occupying a 15-minute parking spot for several hours.

Sources said that someone in Bieber’s camp had left the fancy car there while the “Never Say Never” singer performed at the Staples Center in Downtown Los Angeles, about 15 miles away.

The concert of Justin Bieber started at 7PM. His Fisker Karma was towed around 8PM and stowed away at a nearby impound lot.

Following the incident, the luxurious vehicle has since been picked up.

A rep for for the Shore Hotel said that the car of Justin Bieber was abandoned in the 15-minute parking space for over six hours, adding: “It is Shore Hotel’s policy that if the owner of the car cannot be contacted and located, we will tow the car to safe location off-property.”

Teen pop star Justin Bieber had only tweeted a short explanation about his stint where he vomited onstage during his concert at Jobing.com arena in Glendale over the weekend.

In an interview with TMZ Live, 18-year-old Justin Bieber went in depth with the details of his throwing up act during the Glendale concert. The “Never Say Never” singer told Harvey Levin: “Basically in Canada we like to have spaghetti and milk. I don’t know if you do that but… I don’t know if it was good idea before the show but I had a glass of milk before I went on stage and I was feeling it about 5 songs in.”

“You know Justin what’s so funny to me about this, is at TMZ we cover so many stories about these stars that get wasted, drink too much and here yours comes down to spaghetti and meatballs and milk,” replied Levin.

Justin Bieber then concluded, “Going on stage after that was not a good idea but it was great because the show was good after that and I went and finished and gave a great show.”

Previous reports have stated that the international pop music sensation threw up twice on stage Saturday night at the Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, Arizona. The first blow went down while he was performing “Out of Town Girl.”

A while later, when he was performing “Beauty and a Beat,” he suddenly ran off stage again and stopped the show for a few minutes.

After the incident, Justin Bieber then told his audience, “I’m sorry, I’m going to slow things down,” and played the ballad “Fall” on an acoustic guitar.

“It’s hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people.”

“Will you love me even though I’m throwing up on stage?”

“OK, I wanted to give you my best show ever, so do you mind if I finish it?” Justin Bieber told the audience.

Justin Bieber is set to perform in Los Angeles Tuesday night, and says he’ll be avoiding spaghetti and milk for the rest of the tour.

Teen pop star Justin Bieber issued an apology to his Belieber fans after throwing up on stage twice during one of his sold-out concerts in the United States.

In a video footage taken during the concert, 18-year-old international pop music sensation Justin Bieber can be seen vomiting twice on stage Saturday night at the Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, Arizona. The first blow went down while he was performing “Out of Town Girl.”

A while later, when he was performing “Beauty and a Beat,” he suddenly ran off stage again and stopped the show abruptly for a few minutes.

“OK, I wanted to give you my best show ever, so do you mind if I finish it?”

Bieber then finished the show and later took to Twitter to laugh it off with a joke. The teen star tweeted, “And …. Milk was a bad choice! Lol.”

The “Never Say Never” singer also paid tribute to Avalanna Routh, a dearly loved fan of Justin Bieber, who passed away last week due to brain cancer.

“Goodnight Avalanna. Tonight was for u. I love u,” he tweeted.

This is not the first time the international pop star has been sick on stage.

Justin Bieber was so sick during his concert in the Philippines in 2011 that he had to take breaks backstage to throw up.

At the time, he was suffering from a chest infection but was committed to continue on for his 90-minute set during his outdoor concert.

“Sick as a dog…but the show must go on. got called a trooper,” Justin Bieber tweeted before he took the stage facing thousands of cheering “Beliebers” at the Mall of Asia in the country’s capital, Manila.

“That show was great but tough. real sick. time to rest,” the pop star posted online after the show.

The license plate of the hybrid-electric Fisker Karma of pop star Justin Bieber has gone missing, and the culprit is still at large.

According to law enforcement sources, the property manager of 18-year-old Justin Bieber has noticed that his license plate was missing on Friday while he was working at the Calabasas, California mansion of the pop star. Realizing the seriousness of the offense, the property manager decided to call the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, who rushed to the scene to make a report.

No one is sure is the missing license plate was stolen or it just fell off, but because it is illegal to drive without one, the Fisker Karma of Justin Bieber might be off the road for a while.

Reports said that this might be a bad thing for the “Never Say Never” singer, who was recently pulled over twice back in July due to overspeeding. However, Bieber told the police that he and girlfriend Selena Gomez was being chased by a paparazzi.

Later, Paul Raef — a paparazzi involved in the Justin Bieber wild freeway chase driving a Toyota SUV at over 80 mph — was charged with four criminal counts.

Raef had a run-in with the law before for speeding behind celebrities. A restraining order was filed against him for a similar high-speed chase involving supermodel Heidi Klum.

Police officers want to have a talk with teen stars Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez about an alleged melee with a photographer back in May.

As previous reports have stated, 18-year-old Justin Bieber got into a fight with a paparazzi as he and girlfriend Selena Gomez were leaving a movie theater at the Calabasas Commons. The paparazzi called the authorities, but the celebrity couple had already left the scene by the time the cops arrived.

The said police file went to the District Attorney for review back in June. However, law enforcement sources claim that the D.A has since kicked back the complaint and are now asking for more information about the incident — and this includes an interview with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez.

As of the moment, cops have not yet contacted the two pop singers.

Sources close to Bieber said that he will happily talk to the cops about the alleged brawl, while Selena’s
camp could not be reached for any comment.

Meanwhile, teen heartthrob Justin Bieber has revealed his brand new “crown tattoo,” which can be seen in a photo he took himself — topless.

The “Never Say Never” singer took to social networking site Twitter and posted the image bearing the caption, “new tattoo its a crown if you couldn’t tell,” on Friday evening.

The paparazzi who was the alleged mastermind in the wild, high-speed car chase of Justin Bieber in a freeway in Los Angeles has been reportedly slapped with several criminal charges.

According to Los Angeles City Attorney, Paul Raef, a 30-year-old freelance paparazzi, has been hit with a total of four counts stemming from the July 6 car chase incident that involved teen pop star, Justin Bieber. Paparazzi Raef faces the following charges:

– two counts of following another vehicle too closely and reckless driving, with the intent to capture pictures for commercial gain

– one count of reckless driving

–one count of failing to obey the lawful order of a peace officer.

This is said to be the first case that has been filed under the new paparazzi law, which makes it a crime to generate a dangerous situation while following a famous celebrity for purposes of profit.

As previous reports have stated, Justin Bieber was cited by the California Highway Patrol for driving 80 mph using his fancy car, a chrome Fisker Karma. The “Never Say Never” singer told the police officers that he was just trying to escape from a group of paparazzi who had been chasing him relentlessly for miles.

Officials said that Paul Raef was among the gang of paparazzi giving the car chase, and was behind the wheels of his Toyota Rav at speeds “well in excess of 80 miles per hour across all lanes and even, at times, on the shoulder.”

Police officials also added that other motorists who were also on the freeway during the car chase incident were forced to use their brakes and swerve out of the the way in an attempt to avoid colliding with the vehicles. The authorities said that police officers were able to catch up with Justin Bieber and Paul Raef during the wild car chase and subsequently tried to pull them over. However, the paparazzi allegedly blew off the lights and sirens and fled the scene.

30 minutes after, officials said that the cops noticed the vehicle of Paul Raef at another paparazzi crush, and was able to identify him as the man from the previous car chase of Justin Bieber.

In case Paul Raef is convicted on all counts, he could face up to one year in the county jail and pay fines totaling to $3,500.

Prosecutors are reportedly weighing whether they should charge the paparazzi who chased teen pop star Justin Bieber with driving recklessly on a Los Angeles freeway. This is said to be the first use of a new anti-paparazzi law.

As previous reports have stated, the case stems from a July 6 car chase incident that saw police citing 18-year-old Justin Bieber for speed violation while driving his flashy Fisker Karma sports car.

When the police pulled over the pop singer, he told the cops that he was being chased on the freeway by a paparazzi. Then, a second vehicle that the police saw pursuing Justin Bieber sped away without being stopped. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) said at the time that they were investigating whether the paparazzi was really chasing Bieber.

Frank Mateljan, a spokesman for the city attorney, said that the California Highway Patrol has since turned the case over to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office to determine whether charges should actually be filed against the paparazzi.

“Our prosecutors are taking a look at what’s been filed by the CHP,” Mateljan said.

Mateljan also added that the city attorney’s office is considering charging a single paparazzi in the Justin Bieber car chasing incident. The name of the person, however, has not been released.

If a charge will really be filed against the paparazzi, it would mark the first time anyone has been prosecuted under the 2010 California law which prohibits driving recklessly while trying to take a picture — this according to Mateljan, whose office was said to be instrumental in getting the law passed by the state’s legislature.

When the bill was approved, the California Newspaper Publishers Association gave a warning that it may lead to needless prosecutions of journalists traveling to the scene of emergencies.

Justin Bieber, who was described by the police as being cooperative and polite when he was pulled over, was issued a traffic ticket for speeding, but was subsequently released. Bieber was cited for driving 80 mph (129 kph) in a 65 mph (105 kph) zone. However, a Los Angeles city councilman who happened to be driving on that area of the freeway at the time, said that the Fisker Karma that sped past him was going at least 100 mph (160 kph).

“He was driving in a careless, reckless fashion,” Councilman Dennis Zine said earlier this month.

Media outlet TMZ has obtained the urgent 911 call placed by Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine about the wild, high-speed car chase which involved Justin Bieber on the 101 Freeway last Friday. A car chase where Bieber allegedly got past the 100 mph limit.

According to the 911 call, Councilman Dennis Zine told the 911 operator at the other end of the line that there’s “a crazy chase going down” — with five or six cars led by 18-year-old pop star Justin Bieber … “cutting off cars” and “weaving in and out” of traffic at hair-raising speeds.

Dennis Zine added that they were “driving like maniacs.”

The Los Angeles City Councilman told TMZ that Justin Bieber was driving at least 100 mph on the 101 Freeway, but on the 911 call, Zine said that the teen singer was going around 90.

As previous reports have stated, the “Baby” singer was being chased by a rogue paparazzi as he sped down the 101 Freeway, weaving in and out of the lane. Dennis Zine, a former Los Angeles Police Department motor cop, told TMZ that if he was on patrol that time, he would have arrested Bieber for reckless endangerment.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the 911 call placed by Zine, and a few miles down the freeway, Justin Bieber was subsequently halted and cited for going 80.

One of the paparazzi in the wild car chase is currently under investigation for harassment.

Teen pop star Justin Bieber has just been hit with a lawsuit from an elderly Oregon woman who claims that she was hit by a “sound blast” during one of his concerts.

According to the lawsuit filed by a certain Stacey Wilson Betts, she took her daughter to watch the show of 18-year-old Justin Bieber in Portland, Oregon on July 14, 2010. Betts claims that it was extremely loud inside the arena where the concert is held due to thousands of Bieber fans screaming. And it became even worse when the “Never Say Never” singer climbed into the “heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola” which was subsequently pulled out into the crowd.

Stacey Wilson Betts also claims that Justin Bieber “created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena. Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion.” Betts added that the gondola acted as a form of “sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of my ears.”

As a result, Betts claims she is suffering now from what is called tinnitus, which causes a constant pulsing, whooshing sound that makes it difficult to go to sleep. She is also complaining of other damage that is hearing-related.

Betts is now suing Justin Bieber, his record label, concert promoter and the arena for a whopping $9.23 million in damages.
