Katherine Jackson, the mother of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson, has reportedly lost custody of the singer’s children.

According to reports, the children of Michael Jackson are under the temporary guardianship of their cousin, T.J. Jackson, the 34-year-old son of Tito Jackson. A judge made the ruling on Wednesday.

Los Angeles Times reported that the custody of Blanket, Paris and Prince have been switched to T.J from 82-year-old Katherine Jackson, after recent evidence suggested that she was being held against her will on what the sheriff’s deputies called a “vacation” in Arizona, Katherine’s lawyer, Sandra Ribera said in court.

The judge insisted that Katherine Jackson has done nothing wrong, but T.J. Jackson appears to be the safest step-in parent for the three children until the feud and drama of the Jackson family settles.

On Monday, T.J. Jackson addressed cousin, Paris Jackson, using an unverified Twitter account. She retweeted his message: “I know it’s completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you.”

Previous reports have stated that the Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies responded to a family dispute on Monday at the Calabasas home where Katherine Jackson and the kids of Michael Jackson live. Officials of the law enforcement declined to release a lot of details into the incident, saying only that “members of the Jackson family were involved in a physical altercation.” There were also no arrests made during the incident.

Singer Janet Jackson had allegedly grabbed the mobile phone of Paris Jackson and subsequently slapped her, this according to a report from media outlet TMZ, referencing a security-video footage.
