Stand-up comic and actor Kevin Farley has been accused by her then-girlfriend of making death threats over the phone, but Kevin insists that it’s not true and that his ex-girlfriend is lying.

According to reports, Fayrene Byrd-Doig has filed a request for a restraining order in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming that 46-year-old Kevin Farley called her up on March 23, 2012 and said, “He was going to f—ing kill me.”

The legal docs also stated that Fayrene claims Kevin called again on March 29, saying. “He was going to ‘bury me’ and that he was going to make sure that I never saw my kids again.”

Fayrene Byrd-Doig did not explain why she believes Kevin Farley made the alleged death threats, but suggests that the comedian is a loose cannon with anger management issues.

Meanwhile, Kevin said that his ex-girlfriend, Fayrene Byrd- Doig, is nothing but a “sick woman” who has made up dangerous lies in an effort to get back at him for ending things up with her in 2009.

Kevin Farley says, “She’s been blaming me and harassing me ever since,” adding “All I want is for this woman to leave me alone.”

A hearing in the case is set for May 15.

Kevin Farley is best known for portraying “Doug Linus” in the fictional boy band “2ge+her.”
