The parents of NBA player Kris Humphries have already reached a divorce settlement — only 26 days after the mom of the basketball player filed the legal docs in court.

According to reports, a Minnesota judge signed the divorce decree on August 29th, making the split of Debra and William Humphries official.

Previous reports have stated that Debra filed for divorce from Kris Humphries’ dad, William, on August 3rd. The divorce settlement agreement had already been signed.

As of the moment, 27-year-old Kris Humphries himself is currently embroiled in a nasty divorce battle with soon-to-be-former-wife, reality TV star Kim Kardashian. She filed for divorce from the NBA star on October 31st last year, only 72 days after their marriage.

Just last week, Kris adamantly denied the validity of a new lawsuit filed against him, claiming that he gave herpes to a woman named Kayla Goldberg. The basketball player has insisted that he tested negative for the venereal disease.

NBA star Kris Humphries is being sued by a woman — Kayla Goldberg — who claims he gave her herpes after spending a night together two years ago, but the basketball player is adamant to prove that he did not give Goldberg the disease.

According to reports, 27-year-old Kris Humphries is planning on being “relentless” in fighting Kayla Goldberg’s lawsuit and insists that he is 100 percent sure he did not give her any venereal disease.

Media outlet Gossip Cop reports that the Brooklyn Nets player claims that Goldberg’s attorney reached out to his lawyer last winter, demanding him to pay her $24 million — otherwise, she would go public about the issue.

Kayla Goldberg would reportedly not “take anything less than $1 million” from Kris Humphries, who was in the midst of NBA contract negotiations at the time.

“[Humphries is] 100 percent sure she did not contract [herpes] from him,” said his rep, adding that her case is “completely bogus.”

However, the legal documents filed by the young woman states four other unnamed defendants, whom she claims might have given her herpes.

Goldberg, who is suing for sexual battery among other charges, claimed in the docs that she met Kris Humphries on August 31 2010 — two months before he met reality TV star Kim Kardashian — at Los Angeles café The Newsroom. The two then decided to meet up later that night at Trousdale nightclub. The pair allegedly went to the basketball player’s hotel room at The Thompson where they engaged in unprotected sex.

The court documents stated that Goldberg and Humphries “had sexual intercourse more than once” and “Defendant Humphries did not at any time inform Plaintiff that he was infected with the incurable venereal disease, Herpes Simplex Virus.”

Kayla Goldberg claims she was “free of any venereal diseases at the time she commenced her intimate relationship with Kris Humphries” and developed symptoms four or five days later before being diagnosed on September 8.

However, there have been reports that Kris Humphries is telling his friends there is no way he could have given Goldberg herpes, because he apparently tested negative for the sexually-transmitted disease recently.

According to a source, “Kris was recently accused by another woman of giving her herpes, this happened within the last two months. He tested negative for it though and for any other sexually transmitted disease and he is absolutely steadfast that he has never given anyone herpes.”

The source also claims that Kris Humphries will not be going down without a fight and may counter-sue Kayla Goldberg.

The source added, “Kris plans on vigorously fighting the lawsuit filed against him by Kayla Goldberg and is considering counter-suing her for defamation.”

“Kris will take the advice of his lawyers, but he absolutely wants to take legal action against Kayla Goldberg for her actions and this lawsuit,” added the source.

This is the latest addition in the legal troubles of the basketball player. As of the moment, Kris Humphries is in the middle of a nasty divorce battle with estranged wife, Kim Kardashian.

NBA star Kris Humphries has reportedly tried to to pull a fake-out move on Kanye West by sending a deposition subpoena inside a Nordstrom box to the house of celebrity socialite, Kim Kardashian.

According to reports, lawyer Laura Wasser told a judge at a contentious hearing of the ongoing Kim Kardashian – Kris Humphries divorce on Wednesday that a “strange individual” showed up at the southern California house of the reality star on July 16. The individual proceeded to hang around for “two to three hours,” asking for her famous rapper boyfriend, Kanye West.

Attorney Wasser added that the suspicious man eventually left a Nordstrom box which contained the deposition subpoena for Kanye West.

“Our process server rang the doorbell and amazingly she answered. …He asked if (West) was present, and she said he was on the telephone,” Kris Humphries’ lawyer Marshall Waller explained to the judge. “If Mr. West’s attorney ever calls us back, we’ll be happy to have a talk. But as a practical matter, that hasn’t happened. We’re jumping through hoops. We’ll probably have to serve him in public.”

Laura Wasser complained that the legal team of Kris Humphries is dragging out the divorce to “take down reality TV,” adding that Kim Kardashian has already spent $250,000 on attorneys’ fees.

“To say that I’m frustrated would be an understatement,” Wasser said. “I have no idea what their claim is.”

Reports said that Wasser asked for a speedy conclusion, noting that former couple Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries were married for 72 days only before the reality star filed for divorce on the morning of Halloween.

Wasser’s team flew to Minnesota to depose Kris Humphries during his off-season, and that they planned to question his rumored girlfriend this coming Tuesday in New York State.

Meanwhile, Humphries’ lawyer Marshall Waller argued that he was having a difficult time getting documents from third parties related to Kim’s reality show – and that he will not be able to proceed without the forensic work necessary for the case. Waller added that he also wants to depose Kardashian’s famous mom Kris Jenner.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries had a prenup when they tied the knot last August 20 at a star-studded wedding ceremony in Montecito, California.

Kris Humphries claimed that he was blindsided by the split, telling the Daily News that he loved Kim and was “devastated.” Now, Humphries believes that the reality star duped him into the marriage and wants an annulment that is based in fraud.

“(He believes) that Ms. Kardashian had no intention to proceed with this marriage, that it was basically a contrivance for the benefit of her television show and to make money,” Waller told the judge on Wednesday.

The judge ordered both parties to appear in court on November 28, saying it was likely he would set a date for trial then.

Previous reports have claimed that the former couple scored some $10 million off their short-lived marriage, which was featured in the E! special “Kim’s Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event.”

On the other hand, Kim Kardashian said her divorce decision followed “careful consideration.”

Myla Sinanaj, the former-girlfriend of NBA star Kris Humphries, is reportedly pregnant — and Kris is said to be the father of the baby.

According to sources close to Myla, she confirmed on Monday that she is three months pregnant and says Kris is the father. This may have been due to Myla’s cryptic posts on Twitter which has led some critics to believe that she is indeed pregnant.

“I can’t wait to have a little boy lol sounds corny but a lil me running around dressed like his daddy? Too cute,” Sinanaj tweeted.

Myla Sinanaj was reportedly subpoenaed by Kim Kardashian — Kris Humphries former wife —  for questioning about her involvement with the NBA player, and a pregnancy could potentially harm him in court.

According to Radar Online, Kris Humphries had a falling out with Myla Sinanaj recently after she allegedly exaggerated their involvement to the media. As a result, Myla is now willing to help Kardashian in every way she can during their upcoming divorce trial.

The supposed pregnancy of Myla Sinanaj can be used in his divorce with Kim Kardashian, because the basketball player has claimed that he was devastated by the break-up and emotionally suffered.

The attorney of Sinanaj told Radar Online, “My client isn’t going to rule anything out at this point including whether or not she would be willing to assist Kim Kardashian in her divorce case [against Humphries].”

Sources added that Myla Sinanaj plans to have the baby, but wants to raise it alone because she believes Kris Humphries has betrayed her by saying bad things about their relationship.

Kris Humphries swore that he and Myla Sinanaj were only friends during his deposition by the lawyers of Kim Kardashian.

The Hollywood Gossip reported that Humphries swore under oath this Tuesday that he never actually dated Sinanaj. And according to TMZ insiders, he further swore that he never revealed anything specific about his ex-wife Kim to Sinanaj.

His deposition goes against a number of recent rumors and reports. One, in particular, alleged that Kris Humphries opened up to Myla Sinanaj about his suspicions that rapper Kanye West had been getting it on with Kim Kardashian even before Kris married Kim.

The Hollywood Gossip reported that NYC hotel employee Myla Sinanaj had quickly become a key player in the divorce battle between Kardashian and Humphries. Kim believed that Kris’ relationship with Myla disproved his allegations of supposed heartbreak after their divorce.

Kris Humphries based his case for more money from Kim Kardashian on the accusation that she defrauded him into marriage. Kris alleged that Kim never had any intention of making their union work.

Witnesses at the court, however, claimed that Humphries offered no evidence for his assertion during his deposition.

Next up on the witness stand will be Myla Sinanaj herself. If Kris Humphries had his way, NFL player Reggie Bush may also be compelled to take the stand to speak about his relationship with Kim Kardashian.

Kim’s attorney subpoenaed Sinanaj to a deposition to share details regarding her relationship with Humphries during a time when Kris was supposedly “heartbroken” after his split with Kim.

According to the latest report from the deposition, Humphries told Myla Sinanaj that he “felt played” by Kim Kardashian. The report also claimed that Sinanaj and Humphries were actually together when the latter first heard Kanye West admit to loving Kim via rap song ‘Theraflu.’

The Hollywood Gossip earlier reported that Kris Humphries allegedly became “visibly upset” when he heard Kanye West sing the lyric “I fell in love with Kim around the same time she fell in love with him.”

According to The Hollywood Gossip, insiders informed Radar Online that Humphries and his attorneys were “gathering information” from Kim’s ex-lovers. Topping the list was Miami Dolphins running back Reggie Bush, who dated Kim Kardashian twice over the span of three years.

The THG insiders opined that Humphries’ legal team was reportedly considering the option to subpoena Reggie Bush and others. Kris Humphries was on the lookout for proof that Kim Kardashian was insincere in her relationships and always seeking fame and fortune above romance. Such proof would bolster his chances at milking $7 million dollars out of his wife in their ongoing divorce.

The Hollywood Gossip reported that Humphries was taking a leaf out of the book of Kim’s lawyer. Myla Sinanaj had already received a subpoena to appear in court and share what she could of her five-month relationship with Humphries. That included her e-mail and text message histories with Kris Humphries.

Earlier, Humphries’ attorneys alleged to the FBI that she was trying to extort money from Kris Humphries. Another attorney of Humphries called the hotel Sinanaj worked at and alleged that Myla ran a personal brothel there.

The Hollywood Gossip further reported that Kris Humphries also told Myla Sinanaj in a text message that Kris Jenner was responsible for the Kim Kardashian sex tape with Ray J. He claimed that the sex tape proved that the Kardashians plotted and schemed in every circumstance. According to Humphries, Kim and her family allegedly manipulated situations and feelings -including those of Humphries himself- to fit their marketing agenda.

Speaking of Ray J, The Hollywood Gossip half-humorously suggested that he was next in line for a subpoena from Kris Humphries. Ray dated Kim Kardashian before Reggie Bush. His sex tape with Kim also made the latter famous. In addition, Ray J was also romantically linked with Whitney Houston.

According to text messages that Kris Humphries sent from his phone, Kris Jenner came up with the idea of making the infamous Kim Kardashian sex tape.

Perez Hilton reported that Humphries’ ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj was helpfully turning over her text history to Kim’s lawyer as part of the subpoena. And one of the topics Humphries liked to discuss was Kim’s 2003 sex tape with Ray-J, which made her famous in the first place.

Kris Humphries not only alleged that Kris Jenner ordered Kim Kardashian to make the sex tape with Ray-J. He also claimed that Jenner instructed Kim to re-shoot it because the first try was not “pretty enough” for the momager.

Kardashian Klan sources deny the allegations made by Kris Humphries. According to them, Kim Kardashian made it a point not to discuss her sex tape with Humphries during their brief marriage because she did not want to be judged by it.

“That is just disgusting and disturbing,” said Khloe Kardashian to TMZ, “And probably his fantasy!”

According to Perez Hilton, things were improving for Kim Kardashian in the upcoming divorce deposition. Kris Humphries claimed emotional damage over fraud in order to get $7 million out of Kim during their ongoing divorce. But Humphries’ text history with Myla Sinanaj painted a different picture of the supposedly heartbroken NBA player.

Humphries sent text messages to Myla Sinanaj that claimed she was the love of his life. In those messages, Humphries supposedly couldn’t wait to finish his divorce with Kardashian with so that he could spend the rest of his life with Sinanaj.

Shortly after Kim Kardashian divorced him, Kris Humphries dated Myla Sinanaj for 5 months. Meanwhile, Kim is currently dating Kanye West.
