According to text messages that Kris Humphries sent from his phone, Kris Jenner came up with the idea of making the infamous Kim Kardashian sex tape.

Perez Hilton reported that Humphries’ ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj was helpfully turning over her text history to Kim’s lawyer as part of the subpoena. And one of the topics Humphries liked to discuss was Kim’s 2003 sex tape with Ray-J, which made her famous in the first place.

Kris Humphries not only alleged that Kris Jenner ordered Kim Kardashian to make the sex tape with Ray-J. He also claimed that Jenner instructed Kim to re-shoot it because the first try was not “pretty enough” for the momager.

Kardashian Klan sources deny the allegations made by Kris Humphries. According to them, Kim Kardashian made it a point not to discuss her sex tape with Humphries during their brief marriage because she did not want to be judged by it.

“That is just disgusting and disturbing,” said Khloe Kardashian to TMZ, “And probably his fantasy!”

According to Perez Hilton, things were improving for Kim Kardashian in the upcoming divorce deposition. Kris Humphries claimed emotional damage over fraud in order to get $7 million out of Kim during their ongoing divorce. But Humphries’ text history with Myla Sinanaj painted a different picture of the supposedly heartbroken NBA player.

Humphries sent text messages to Myla Sinanaj that claimed she was the love of his life. In those messages, Humphries supposedly couldn’t wait to finish his divorce with Kardashian with so that he could spend the rest of his life with Sinanaj.

Shortly after Kim Kardashian divorced him, Kris Humphries dated Myla Sinanaj for 5 months. Meanwhile, Kim is currently dating Kanye West.

The legal team of Kris Humphries apparently has Oprah Winfrey to thank for giving them ammunition against Kim Kardashian.

Perez Hilton earlier reported that Oprah interviewed the whole Kardashian Klan this Sunday in a tell-all episode of ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter.’ And by tell-all, that included details about Kim’s short-lived marriage to NBA baller Humphries.

Unfortunately for Kim, the lawyers of Kris Humphries tuned in to her interview with Oprah Winfrey.  And they’re planning on use that same interview to prove to a judge that Humphries’ claim that his marriage with Kim Kardashian was truly a fraud.

According to a source close to Kris Humphries, his lawyers will put Kim Kardashian on the stand to share every juicy little detail she told her mother Kris Jenner on the eve of her wedding. “What was exactly said,” the source opined, “And why did Kris say that to her daughter?”

The Perez Hilton source claimed that “Kim’s explanation of why her mom asked her just doesn’t make sense.” The source went on to allege that, like an ‘X Files’ episode, “There is a lot more going on to this than the public knows.”

And like Tom Cruise’s character Danny Kaffee in ‘A Few Good Men,’ Kris Humphries reportedly wants the truth. “Kris was left in the dark,” said the source, “And it was very hurtful for him to hear that Kim was bored with him.”

Of note to Perez Hilton was Kim Kardashian telling Oprah Winfrey that she will “always have a place” in her heart for Kris Humphries.  In an apparent case of absence making the heart grow fonder, the ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star claimed “to be depressed for four months.”

The lawyers of Kris Humphries didn’t buy it. “Kim spent more time mourning the end of her marriage,” cited a source, “Than the actual marriage which only last for 72 days. Kim Kardashian had no idea, the source alleged, that her interview with Oprah Winfrey was such a boon for her estranged husband’s legal team

The source also said that Humphries’ lawyers could barely wait for the second half of the ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter’ interview. That’s bad news for Kim Kardashian, but probably good news for the flagging OWN Network.

Divorce depositions for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries will take place during this week. Some claimed that the Kardashian Klan’s interview with Oprah Winfrey was a ploy to garner support for Kim.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Kim Kardashian put down claims that momager Kris Jenner supposedly pimps her and her sisters out by saying that ”No one will fight harder for you than your own mother.”

E! News reported that Kris Jenner, the three Kardashian sisters, and their brother Rob Kardashian sat down with Oprah for an OWN special airing Sunday. Oprah asked what the Kardashians siblings thought about rumors their momager was “pimping her children.”

“I think that’s so ridiculous,” Kim Kardashian old Oprah Winfrey. “First of all, we have to hire a manager. So regardless,” she said, “Someone is going to get that.”

Kim added that “No one will fight harder for you than your own mother.” According to her, Kris Jenner “knows us. She knows all of our moods…”

And that understanding goes both ways. “We just get each other,” Kim Kardashian said of Kris Jenner, Kim herself, and her siblings. “We vibe [and] it works.”

Oprah Winfrey brought up another touchy topic: That the Kardashians owing their media empire and success to being “good-looking kids?”

Rob Kardashian butted in by gesturing to his big sisters and going “Well, they’re not, like, skinny women.”

“Who are you?” Khloe Kardashian taunted Rob in return. After sarcastically telling her brother that “You’re so sweet,” Khloe told Oprah that there was some truth in the claims that she and her sisters leaned on their beauty.

“I mean in today’s society, yeah, to be honest,” she admitted, “Probably not.” The lovely wife of Lamar Odom told Oprah Winfrey that “You have to have this bombshell over here-” She gestured to Kim Kardashian “-and this petite little bundle of joy-” This time Khloe Kardashian referred to Kourtney. “-and this hunk next to me,” she finished with a bone tossed to Rob Kardashian.

“But we are all different,” Kourtney Kardashian opined. “We have different body types.”

Kim Kardashian told Oprah Winfrey that she didn’t think she and her family would have found success “if we were all like skinny, pretty models,” she reasoned. “I think it has to do with us, the curves, the dark hair!”

In addition, Kim Kardashian was of the opinion that she and her sisters “helped broaden” the representation of Middle-Eastern women in mainstream media during their rise to fame. Their father Robert Kardashian was the son of Armenian-Americans, while their mother Kris Jenner was half-Scottish, half-Dutch.

Someone hacked into the Twitter account of Kris Jenner on Wednesday night- and she suspects it was a Mother’s Day prank from one of her kids. Gossip Cop reported that the Kardashian matriach’s Twitter account issued a number of tweets that claimed she had “sharted” herself.

The dirty tweets also provided alleged photo evidence. Kris Jenner eventually regained control of her Twitter account. “Uh yes I got hacked so sorry dolls!!!!” she tweeted to all her followers. Her usual suspects? One of her kids- or possibly a certain son-in-law who owns a shiny new Audi R8. “I’m guessing it’s @ScottDisick ???” the Kardashian ‘momager’ guessed. “Or @KendallJenner @KylieJenner ???” She ended with an exuberant declaration of “Happy friggin mothers day my lovely children!!!!!!” This incident makes Kris Jenner the latest Kardashian to be targeted by poop-themed pranks via Twitter.

Kris Jenner recently disparaged rumors spread by magazine In Touch Weekly that she was not getting along with her daughters.

According to E! News, In Touch Weekly alleged a  rift between “momager” Kris and her three socialite daughters Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, and Khloé Kardashian Odom. The magazine marched out allegation after allegation that negatively depicted Kris’ professional and personal relationships with her daughters.

In Touch Weekly then alleged that Kim and Khloe didn’t attend a party that Kris reportedly held in New York City on April 22. A supposed eyewitness at the Manhattan party described Kris Jenner to be “visibly shaken and in tears.”

The magazine also claimed that  Kim Kardashian is slowly cutting her “momager” out of her business dealings. An unnamed source alleged that Kim is beginning to renegotiate her contract as a spokeswoman for Las Vegas’ Tao restaurant so that Kris Jenner would not be able to profit.

Kris Jenner set the record straight in her blog this Wednesday. “Yet another ridiculous story,” she scoffed, saying, “I never threw a party anywhere on April 22nd…”

According to Kris, “Our entire family was in NYC filming season 7 of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians’ and having the time of our lives!!” during that day.

The former wife of Robert Kardashian declared that her bond with Kim, Kourtney and Khloé remained close. ”My daughters and I have an amazing relationship,” Kris Jenner wrote, “And I feel like the luckiest mom in the world to spend such quality time with all my kids and my grandson!”

Calling herself and her family “truly blessed,” she finished with a “Happy Mothers Day!!!”

One of the blessings Kris Jenner can count is three new seasons of ‘Keeping Up With the Kardashians.’ The upcoming seventh season has 18 episodes and will debut on May 20.

‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star Kris Jenner recently slapped a countersuit against the cosmetic company that is attempting to renege on their contract because of her facelift.

According to an earlier TMZ report, B&P Cosmetics filed a lawsuit against the Kardashian matriarch last year. Jenner served as the celebrity spokeswoman for the B&P product ‘Beautiful Eyes in a Bag’- and when she got a facelift, B&P Cosmetics claimed she ruined the reputation of their product.

TMZ reported that Kris Jenner slammed B&P’s reasoning. Jenner declared that her facelift did not ruin her eyes nor her ability to endorse their product. And to prove her credibility as a beauty product advertiser,  Jenner filed a countersuit last month in Ohio.

In legal docs obtained by TMZ, Kris Jenner said that she held up her end of the deal. She accused B&P Cosmetics of exploiting her well-publicized facelift in order to squirm out of their contract.

Jenner reportedly asked the court that she be allowed to keep her $305k advance pay  from B&P Cosmetics. She also sought to be paid for compensatory damages and legal fees that she incurred during the earlier trial.

A judge has yet to rule on the countersuit filed by Kris Jenner.
