The authorities are continuing their investigation into the accident which resulted in the sudden death of Kyle Glover, the stepson of R&B singer Usher.

As previous reports have stated, 11-year-old Kyle Glover already died on Saturday from the injuries he suffered due to the jet ski accident that occurred on July 6. Media outlet TMZ reported that his passing could lead to more serious charges recommended.

The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildlife Resources Division said that they felt really sad upon hearing the death of Kyle, adding that their investigation into the jet ski accident is going forward.

According to TMZ sources, the death of Kyle Glover may lead to more serious charges against the driver of the jet ski, Jeffrey Hubbard. The Georgia Department will be taking into account the sudden demise of Kyle once they make their recommendation to the District Attorney.

The report is said to be coming together and that there is no timetable on when the investigation will be completed.
