It was just recently reported that Pilar Sanders filed a lawsuit against ex-husband Deion Sanders and a restraining order against her alleged ‘aunt’, Laura Jones. And now, Laura Jones has released her account of the story – admitting she did beat Pilar Sanders during their violent altercation in Deion Sanders’ Texas mansion.

Laura Jones, who is married to Deion Sanders’ uncle, says she dropped by Deion Sanders’ Texas mansion to take care of some housekeeping items, specifically, fixing the phone system. Laura Jones said Deion Sanders would pay her to do the job, she told Dallas K104.

According to Laura Jones’ statement, Pilar Sanders objected to Jones’ presence in the mansion, so she demanded that Laura Jones “get the f**k out.” Their dispute went violent when Pilar Sanders brushed against Laura Jones in a threatening way, says Jones. In response to the brushing, Laura Jones grabbed Pilar Sanders’ hair and started hitting her.

The altercation escalated into Pilar Sanders ripping off Laura Jones’ dress, leaving her practically naked. Laura Jones says she even tumbled backwards down the staircase. Pilar Sanders then held a bunch of knives she got from the kitchen and brandished them at Laura Jones while she called 911.

Deion Sanders then came downstairs to see what all the commotion was about, when Pilar Sanders yelled at the dispatcher, “My husband is attacking me!!!”

The cops showed up minutes later, Laura Jones recalls. Pilar Sanders refused to put the knives away, so the police cuffed her and threw her in the back of a cruiser. Laura Jones says the children were present the entire time of the brawl.

However, charges were never filed against Pilar Sanders because Deion Sanders intervened, says Laura Jones. It practically got Pilar off the hook.

Aside from her statement, Laura Jones also gave an alleged audio recording of the melee with Pilar Sanders, claiming she acquired it during their brawl.
