Someone is not very happy with the “Let’s Make A Deal” show of CBS. A woman named Mary Hutchinson is suing the network of CBS and the people behind the “Let’s Make A Deal,” claiming she went to watch a taping in Los Angeles and went home suffering from injuries.

According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, 75-year-old Mary Hutchinson says she was walking through the studio of CBS towards her seat back in 2010, when she placed her hand on a seat for support. However, Hutchinson claims that the seat was not bolted to the ground and it eventually gave way, causing her to fall and injure herself. Sources close to Mary Hutchinson say that the woman suffered neck and back injuries – but no broken bones.

Hutchinson claims CBS and producers of “Let’s Make A Deal” created an unsafe and dangerous premises, and now she’s demanding more than $25k in damages.
