Linda Hogan, 52, has announced that she and Charley Hill, 23, have called off their engagement.

According to E! News,  the ex-wife of WWE legend Hulk Hogan made the announcement on her Facebook page on Tuesday. ”Ok…” Linda Hogan wrote, “My status has changed.”

After declaring that “I am now single,” Linda Hogan explained that their decision to call off their engagement was prompted by “The great therapy we had together and time to think and concentrate on who we are and who we want to be.” She and her fiance Charley Hill “decided that we should each travel through life in different directions.”

The former Linda Claridge thanked her fans for sticking by her and her ex-fiance. ”But, thank you all for always being so supportive of our relationship and choices,” she wrote, adding, “I hope that you all understand and are not be too terribly disappointed,” and telling her fans that she loved them.

Her fiance, Charley Hill, is only a year younger than Linda’s daughter Brooke Hogan, and in fact went to school with Brooke. He first began dating the much older Linda Hogan in 2008. Their relationship became public in July 2010 after Hulk Hogan himself confirmed that his ex-wife and Hill were now engaged.

According to Linda’s attorney, Raymond J. Rafool, the ‘Hogan Knows Best’ matriarch made “a very positive step. Linda is extremely busy,” he said, citing a soon-to-be-released cosmetic line and several planned television projects.

The plan was for Linda Hogan and Charley Hill to exchange vows last summer aboard Hogan’s yacht Alimony. But their nuptials never took place, and the couple hashed out their problems on VH1′s ‘Couples Therapy.’

Hulk Hogan’s ex-wife, Linda Hogan is one of the people who want to see his sex tape – but for other legal purposes. Linda thinks she can use it to her advantage for the lawsuit Hulk Hogan filed against her.

The said sex tape, which was apparently filmed without Hogan’s knowledge, is making its rounds on the Internet and being shopped to Vivid Entertainment.

Sources close to Linda Hogan claims she would like to get her hands on the sex tape and take a look at it because she feels it could be a key piece of evidence in Hulk’s defamation lawsuit against her. Hulk Hogan filed a lawsuit against Linda last year, claiming she was lying when, in her book, she alleged the former pro wrestler was abusive and cheated on her.

Reports say Linda Hogan would like to figure out when the sex tape was made and who the unidentified brunette in the tape is because it could help her prove Hulk Hogan was a cheater. According to sources, if Linda can figure out who has the sex tape, Linda Hogan will attempt to subpoena them for her case.

Hulk Hogan told TMZ this week he has been faithful to his current wife Jennifer, so the tape is at least five years old.
