“That 70’s Show” star Lisa Robin Kelly has retaliated after she was arrested early Tuesday morning due to an alleged assault of her roommate, John Michas. The actress claims that she was the subject of false accusations.

The actress claims that she was wrongfully arrested for the alleged assault of the guy, John Michas, in their Los Angeles home this weekend, saying she never laid a hand on that guy. Lisa Robin Kelly said she has been having some issues with Michas for a while, and tried to leave the pad for good on Friday. However John Michas became angry and “roughed me up,” Lisa claims.

Kelly said she called the police, but John Michas left even before the cops arrived, so she decided it wasn’t worth her time to press charges. A short while  later, Michas showed up at the police station claiming the actress had attacked him, which Lisa insists never happened.

“He must have scratched himself or done something to himself,” Lisa Robin Kelly says, adding, “I am clean and sober and I have made a lot of progress. I am completely innocent. I weigh 105 pounds. I could never hurt him. I just want to start working again.”

As previous reports have stated, 42-year-old Lisa Robin Kelly was officially booked by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department at 12:50 a.m. for a felony charge of corporal injury upon a spouse. Kelly, who played the role of Eric Forman’s wild older sister Laurie on the hit comedy “That 70’s Show,” was held on $50,000 bail. She then paid the steep fine later.

“He has me on a& 50,000 bail which I paid,and my [account] is wiped out,” Lisa Robin Kelly wrote. She also tried to reach out to some friends and any fans she had, begging for assistance: “If you’re a friend. Respond thru email.”

The “he” from the Facebook post is John Michas, whom Lisa Robin Kelly claims she moved in with. Her moving in caused some difficulties, leading to tension between the couple, says Kelly.

“I did nothing to hurt John Michas. I cared. I made a big mistake to move with someone I didnt know well and its all a big mess. I was simply trying to move on,” posted the actress, attempting to explain the circumstances that led to her arrest.

Lisa Robin Kelly claims that after moving in with John Michas, he refused to pay for the living space, and accused her of domestic abuse.

“He abandoned lease. Then went police with fake pics,” wrote Kelly. “I just am so upset.my career is doing well and he made sure to ruin it.”

“That 70’s Show” star Lisa Robin Kelly had another run-in with the law. The actress has been reportedly arrested due to an alleged spousal abuse.

According to reports, Lisa Robin Kelly, who played Eric Foreman’s sister Laurie on “That 70’s Show” was taken into custody for felony charges of corporal injury upon a spouse. Kelly was cuffed by the Los Angeles Police Department officers during the early hours of Saturday. The 42-year-old actress was brought to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department, where she was booked and has been set on a bail of $50,000.

Kelly’s arrest for alleged spousal abuse came after her first criminal record in 2010 following a charge of drunk driving. The actress was arrested in North Carolina in August of that year after being pulled over by police. She spent the night of August 21 behind bars before being released on bail. Lisa Robin Kelly then pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence and was sentenced to 12 months of probation and was ordered to pay a fine.

Kelly starred in over 50 episodes of That 70′s Show – the hit FOX show which became the stepping ladder to success of Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher and Topher Grace. However, Lisa Robin Kelly was mysteriously let go and replaced after the fifth season and hasn’t had a notable role since.
