Former “Zoey 101” actor Matthew Underwood will not be spending time in prison after the police found marijuana and an underage girl in his bedroom back in April.

According to previous reports, the police detained 22-year-old Matthew Underwood at his house in Port St. Lucie back in April 27 after executing a search warrant, which led them into finding him in possession of marijuana, and with a 17-year-old girl in his bedroom.

Matthew Underwood was able to cut a deal with the prosecutors by pleading no contest to possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. As a result, Underwood will not be going to jail, but he will be under 12 months of probation. He was also ordered to participate in a substance abuse evaluation, report to a victim impact panel and pay about $150 in court costs.
