The settlement agreement between former domestic partners Melissa Etheridge and Tammy Lynn Michaels has been released — and Etheridge will be giving Michaels 50% of her earnings for one of her albums, “The Awakening,” along with a battery of songs as well.

According to reports, the settlement agreement between Melissa Etheridge and Tammy Lynn Michaels is the latest addition to the $13,000 of monthly spousal support and $10,000 a month in child support that will be given by Etheridge to Michaels.

Melissa Etheridge will also give Michaels the same amount for the following songs: A Simple Love, All There Is, All We Can Really Do, An Unexpected Rain, California, God Is in the People, Heroes and Friends, Imagine That, I’ve Loved You Before, Map of the Stars, Message to Myself, Open Your Mind, The Kingdom of Heaven, The Universe Listened, Threesome, and What Happens Tomorrow.

The former couple, who “married” in a commitment ceremony back in 2003, had been involved in a bitter and painful war over cash for the last two years. Then, after everything has been said and done, the two finally agreed to a domestic partnership settlement agreement last month. Actress Tammy Lynn Michaels had been receiving $23,000 a month but still claimed that she was barely scraping by. Michaels insisted that Etheridge can actually give more since she was making $177,882 a month.

Tammy Lynn Michaels also said that as she had grown used to having a luxurious life during her long-term relationship, the money Etheridge is giving her is clearly not enough for her to live on. Tammy Lynn Michaels added that Melissa Etheridge says profane words in front of Johnnie and Miller and refuses to have the children vaccinated.

Another email sent by Tammy Lynn Michaels read: “They aren’t leaving my care while you are on the road – a completely inappropriate place for 3-year-olds – not to mention you can’t track them, have no child care, and they were bit by dogs in the house last time you had them.”

The former couple parted ways two years ago and since then, Melissa Etheridge has been paying Tammy Lynn Michaels $23,000 a month in partner and child support.

The actress claims that Melissa earns roughly $177,882 a month, stating that she was used to living a luxurious lifestyle during their long-term relationship. Thus $23,000 a month is not enough for her to live on.
