Jason Luis Rivera, the scissor-wielding man who allegedly intruded onto the property of pop star Miley Cyrus this weekend has just been ordered to stay away from the singer.

According to reports, Rivera pleaded “not guilty” to trespassing and resisting arrest. The judge set his bail at $100,000 and he still remains in custody. He was also ordered to stay 500 yards away from 19-year-old Miley Cyrus, as well as the block where the “Party In The USA” singer lives.

As previous reports have stated, Jason Luis Rivera was charged on Monday morning with two misdemeanor counts of trespassing and one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest, following an incident that took place early Saturday morning.

Law enforcement sources said that the singer was out of town at the time of the incident. The authorities said they received a 911 call about a man who got onto the property of Miley Cyrus early Saturday morning, knocked on the door and banged on the walls of the “Hannah Montana” star’s house. Cops believe that Rivera jumped the fence surrounding the Los Angeles home of Miley Cyrus, and when they arrived to arrest him, they found Rivera hiding in the bushes carrying a pair of green and black scissors. He was subsequently arrested and imprisoned for trespassing. Rivera told the police that he wanted to see the teen star and that’s why he was on her property.

Rivera’s next court date is September 17th.

A man with a pair of scissors who claimed to be the husband of pop singer Miley Cyrus has been arrested at her Los Angeles home after he jumped her fence and said that he wanted to meet the teen star.

According to law enforcement sources, 19-year-old Miley Cyrus was out of town at the time of the incident which occurred on early Saturday morning. Police said they received a 911 call about a man who got onto the grounds of the property before dawn on Saturday, knocked on the door and banged on the walls of the former “Hannah Montana” star’s house. The authorities responded immediately at the home of Cyrus in Los Angeles, and when they arrived at the scene, they found a man named Jason Luis Rivera hiding in the bushes. He was then arrested and imprisoned for trespassing. He was carrying a pair of green and black scissors in a back pocket.

Media outlet TMZ ran a video of the arrest, in which Jason Luis Rivera can be heard telling the police as they searched him: “I am a friend of Miley Cyrus. I am. She’s my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years.”

The United Kingdom publication “Mirror” quoted a source as saying Jason Luis Rivera has a lengthy criminal record in Texas, which includes a previous charge of trespassing.

Speaking about the suspect, Lt. Wendling said, “He thinks they were married. And I would say delusional is a good characterization of him.”

Miley Cyrus rose to fame as the star of the Disney Channel’s “Hannah Montana” show. She went on to build a worldwide singing career which includes top hits like “Party in the U.S.A” and “The Climb.”

In July 2008, she released her first solo album, “Breakout” (2008), which was commercially successful.

The authorities rushed to the house of actress-singer Miley Cyrus in Los Angeles on Wednesday night after they received a report regarding a possible home invasion — but when they arrived at the scene, everything turned out to be a false alarm, and all the signs seem to be pointing to a troubling prank known as “swatting.”

According to law enforcement sources, the Los Angeles Police Department received a 911 call at 6:50 in the evening, reporting a possible invasion at the house of 19-year-old Miley Cyrus, where possible shots are allegedly fired.

Reports said that the Los Angeles Police Department immediately responded to the 911 call, with their guns drawn, but when they arrived at the house of Miley Cyrus, the entire house was quiet and apparently no one was home that time. There was also no sign of a crime. That was when the police determined that it was nothing but a false alarm.

Now, law enforcement said that officials believe the caller was a “911 abuser.”

Reports stated that the 911 call seems to fall in line with a prank called “swatting” wherein a caller tries to trick emergency responders into dispatching law enforcement — such as the SWAT team — into a home by making up a serious crime.

The police told media outlet TMZ that if the 911 call was indeed a prank — which it appears to be — the caller will be arrested and will face serious criminal charges. If someone was hurt or killed because of the prank call, the 911 caller might even face felony charges.

Miley Cyrus dropped by an L.A. medical marijuana facility on Monday so that a friend of hers could score some Mary Jane.

The Inquisitr reported that Cyrus stopped her car next to the medical marijuana facility. Photo agency X17Online took pictures of the incident and said the 19-year-old fiancee of Liam Hemsworth never got out of the convertible. Instead, she let her friend out and patiently waited until her friend returned.

California legalized medical marijuana, so Miley Cyrus did not break the law.

The Inquisitr reported that the fiancee of Liam Hemsworth had never shied about how much she appreciated marijuana. The ‘Hannah Montanah’ star got photographed hitting a bong back in December of 2010. Cyrus later claimed that the bong was filled with Salvia, a legal hallucinogen. And last November 2011, she stunned birthday party guests with a comment about her birthday cake.

“You know you’re a stoner,” Miley Cyrus claimed, “When your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f***ing weed,” she added.

Afterwards, Cyrus told them that she had been joking.

According to The Inquisitr, her marijuana hijinks were part of an ongoing effort by Miley Cyrus to shed her goody two shoes image as ‘Hannah Montana.’ She was photographed going to Starbucks in just lingerie, starred in a video where she sucked a cake shaped like a penis, and flashed her boobs and constantly shrinking figure for the paparazzi. Amusingly, her fiance Liam Hemsworth plays a cop in his current movie.

Leave it to her older brother Trace Cyrus to frustrate Miley Cyrus during one of the happiest days of her life.

According to The Hollywood Gossip, Miley’s various family members commented on the June 6 news of the 19-year-old singer’s engagement to actor Liam Hemsworth, 22. While her parents Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus were surprised by their daughter’s decision, they both gave their blessing to Miley Cyrus.

Miley’s adopted older brother Trace Cyrus, however, selected an obscure manner of expressing his opinion on the matter of his sister’s engagement. The Hollywood Gossip reported that Trace posted a mysterious Tweet on the day Miley’s engagement to Liam Hemsworth broke.

“Sending my love for girls who got some cuts at their wrists,” Trace tweeted. “Hope you find what you’re looking for,” he continued, “I hope u find what you’re looking for.”

According to The Hollywood Gossip, Trace Cyrus was quoting lines from the Mac Miller song ‘Clarity.’ He was apparently referring to the rumors of Miley Cyrus cutting herself.

Miley herself apparently referenced that troubled part of her past in an earlier tweet back in April. But according to a Hollywood Life source, the ‘I Hope You Find It’ singer had no clue why her brother brought up a personal issue during her engagement to Liam Hemsworth.

The insider claimed that the “unneeded focus” on rumors about her being a cutter “frustrated” Miley Cyrus. And “if [Trace Cyrus] removes it,” the source told Hollywood Life, “Then it will focus even more attention on it.” And that, the source said, was “the last thing Miley wants to happen.”

Trace Cyrus made a splash this week when he called off his year-long engagement to Brenda Song. He had previously dated singer and ‘X Factor’ judge Demi Lovato.

Perhaps Miley Cyrus should take a cue from a character played by Chris Hemsworth, the older brother of her fiancee Liam Hemsworth.  ”He’s adopted,” the Mighty Thor said of Loki, the antagonist in the recent ‘Avengers’ movie.

It’s apparently okay for Miley Cyrus to miss out on a guest performance in the finale of ‘American Idol’ this Wednesday. She can always run around in public barefoot in an outfit that all but assures the nip-slip paparazzi are always begging for.

In an exclusive report, E! News related that the former Disney star had been invited to make a “surprise appearance” on ’American Idol.’ The producers of the hit Fox show reportedly wanted Miley Cyrus to duet with finalist Hollie Cavanagh for the Season 11 finale.

Unfortunately for Cyrus and ‘American Idol,’ it proved almost impossible to coordinate rehearsal schedules. “It’s not happening,” the rep of Miley Cyrus told E! News. “It didn’t come together in time.”

E! News additionally reported that ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ singer wasn’t bothered much by the missed opportunity to appear on ‘American Idol.’ Cyrus was all smiles in Los Angeles earlier this week as she ran barefoot through a parking lot wearing jeans as skinny as her and a very revealing top.

For the fun run, the 19-year-old Miley Cyrus wore a low-cut shirt without a bra, and her top showed off so much of her slim figure that Cyrus had to grab at its sides to head off a wardrobe malfunction, which probably disappointed the paparazzi on scene.

Saying in an earlier interview with Amanda Cadenet that she was tired of her wholesome ‘Hannah Montana’ image, Miley Cyrus shed it during the Billboard Music Awards in Los Angeles this Sunday- along with her pants.

US Weekly reported that the only thing innocent about the 19-year-old ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ singer during Sunday was the white color of her Jean Paul Gaulthier jacket, which she wore half-open as if courting a nip slip. And she didn’t wear the pants that normally go with the outfit, too, just jewelry and heels that left her slim legs on fully display.

During an interview on Lifetime’s ‘The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet,” Miley Cyrus declared that she would consider it a compliment if people considered her a sex symbol. “Thank you for thinking I’m sexy!” she told viewers.

The former star of ‘Hannah Montana’ claimed she didn’t mind the public backlash against her recent, provocative behavior. ”People are so scared,” Miley Cyrus told Amanda Cadenet, “Of seeing a woman being like, ‘This is who I am and you’re not going to change it.’”

She  also added that she felt so liberated when she gave up the squeaky-clean image of her child star days. According to Cyrus, she had become set in her child star ways, only to realize “that my whole life isn’t one giant press junket.”

“I don’t have to be smiling all the time,” Miley Cyrus , “And always have the perfect answer.”

Of the many possible allergies Miley Cyrus could have gotten, she apparently bagged allergies to gluten and lactose.

That’s how the ’Hannah Montanah’ cutie explained her supposedly anorexic figure, which was rather prominent when The Hollywood Gossip came across her leaving the Delano Hotel in Miami Beach this Wednesday.

Her outfits for the day -she started off in a slim gray mini dress, which she later swapped out for a tube top and some shorts- barely covered what little of her there is left. The outfits -or rather, what they show Miley Cyrus is lacking- have revived rumors that she is anorexic.

The Hollywood Gossip noted that the last time anorexic rumors about Miley Cyrus surfaced was on April. The star explained on Twitter that her noticeable weight loss wasn’t caused by anorexia. ”For everyone calling me anorexic,” she stated, “I have a gluten and lactose allergy.” Adding that ”It’s not about weight – it’s about health,” she then declared that “Gluten is crap anyway!”

The 19-year-old singer invited her Twitter follows to abstain from gluten for at least a week. “The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing,” Miley Cyrus promised, adding “You won’t go back!”

Hacker Christoper Chaney -the man behind Scarlett Johansson’s nude photo scandal- revealed to GQ magazine his methods, his motives, and what else he found while hacking celebrities’ accounts.

Perez Hilton reported that the Internet scandal regarding Miley Cyrus in midriff-baring photos served as Chaney’s dubious inspiration. The scandal made him ask himself: ”How hard could this be?”

Christoper Chaney started by entering celebrity names into Gmail (last name, first name). After amassing a number of valid addresses, he started working on reprogramming the passwords. He dealt with security questions that asked for favorite colors and school names by using Google to search for the answer.

He was soon browsing the personal emails of more than two score celebrities. Christopher Chaney had access to everything: the hook-ups, the secrets, which films were gonna make it and which weren’t, and so on.

“I don’t want to compare it to throwing a touchdown pass,” Christoper Chaney said of his decision to continue hacking, “But it was a rush. It’s the whole Star Trek thing. Going where no man has gone before. You feel like you’ve seen something that the rest of the world wanted to see. But you’re the only one that’s seen it.”

Christopher Chaney claimed that “everyone was dating everyone eventually” in Hollywood. He claimed that there were A-list actresses in their 40s who took nude photos of themselves, but refused to name names.

As he lived the greatest dream of every modern day paparazzi and gossip columnist, Christoper Chaney expressed that he rally enjoyed reading location production scouts’ emails. ”I thought that was one of the awesomest [jobs]. They go around, find these places, take pictures of them, and send them to the directors. It was cool seeing a part of the process that nobody ever sees,” he shared.

Chaney did like to follow certain stars such as Justin Timberlake. According to him, the Timberlake movie ’In Time’ reputedly had trouble locating a stripper who could act as actress Amanda Seyfried’s body doubles.

Christopher Chaney added that he found Mila Kunis very funny, especially when he read the chain emails from the ‘Friends With Benefits’ crew. He swears that he did not find any evidence of her and Justin Timberlake exchanging naughty sexts and pics.

It was when the saucy pics of Scarlett made their way into the light of day that everything came crashing down on Christopher Chaney. Now he faces up to 60 years in prison and a $2.2 million fine.
