Myla Sinanaj — the ex-girlfriend of NBA star Kris Humphries and the one who sat for a deposition in New York City on Monday in the Kardashian – Humphries divorce — said that Kim is a “cruel b****” by scheduling her deposition on the first year anniversary of Kris and Kim’s marriage.

According to reports, Myla Sinanaj told her close friends that she will testify Kris Humphries repeatedly told her that reality star Kim Kardashian defrauded him in their marriage, disparaging that he “got played.”

It is said that the Brooklyn Nets power forward is battling the divorce with Kim Kardashian, insisting on an annulment based on fraud. Kris claims that Kim never really loved him and that she only agreed to tie the knot with him in order to increase the ratings of her reality show “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”

Myla Sinanaj added that Kris — who also made hundreds of thousands of dollars from the reality show of Kim Kardashian, as well as the wedding special — “hated the cameras and his life being on display.”

Sinanaj also told her friends that her relationship with Kris is “dead,” so she really has nothing to lose by telling the truth, and therefore she will be “100% honest” in responding to questions during the deposition.

However, Myla Sinanaj did not elaborate about how she will answer questions about allegedly getting knocked up by the NBA star. Previous reports have stated that she told several people Kris got her pregnant, but then renounced her story.

Myla Sinanaj, the former girlfriend of NBA star Kris Humphries, gave a warning to Kim Kardashian, telling her to “back off” and refrain from dragging her into their high-profile divorce.

According to reports, during the eve of what would have been the first wedding anniversary of Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian, Myla Sinanaj said that she vows to fight all attempts of the reality star to drag her into their messy divorce.

Myla Sinanaj of East Rutherford, New Jersey, told the Daily News: “I’m definitely not happy about it. I don’t feel like I have anything to do with this.”

The lawyers of 31-year-old Kim Kardashian have given Myla Sinanaj at least four subpoenas demanding emails, text messages and other phone records wherein she and Kris Humphries discussed the TV personality.

Myla Sinanaj dated the Brooklyn Nets power forward from January to June, as the basketball player rebounded from the breakdown of his less-than-three-months marriage to the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star. Kim reportedly blindsided Kris Humphries when she filed for divorce on October 31.

“I feel like I’m being dragged into something that’s a game to her — an invasion of my privacy,” said Myla Sinanaj, accusing the lawyers of the reality star of stalking her with subpoena-wielding sycophant.

Myla Sinanaj also revealed that she will meet with Kardashian’s legal team Monday to tell them refrain from dragging her into the divorce and to leave her alone.

“Kim needs to back off,” Susan Chana Lask, the lawyer of Sinanaj said. “Myla is not going to take it. Kim Kardashian doesn’t own the world.”

Kris Humphries is battling the demands of Kim Kardashian for their divorce proceedings, arguing that he would like an annulment based on his Catholic beliefs. As previous reports have stated, Humphries and Kardashian tied the knot one year ago in a lavish wedding which was shown on the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” TV show.

The NBA star claims that Kim fooled him into marrying her to boost ratings and publicity for her reality show. But Kardashian’s camp countered that Humphries was the real publicity hound.

“Kris has always wanted the limelight and will milk the divorce for every last article,” a source close to Kim told The News.

Meanwhile, the parents of Kris Humphries — Debra and William Humphries — are also getting divorced.

Debra Humphries filed for divorce in Minnesota this month. Her grounds for divorce from the “Five Guys Burgers and Fries” restaurant franchise mogul were not revealed.

Myla Sinanaj, the alleged former girlfriend of Kris Humphries, recently lashed out at celebrity socialite Kim Kardashian, telling her to back off.

According to reports, brunette Sinanaj sent out a furious Twitter rant against the reality TV star, suggesting in one of her angry tweets that Kim Kardashian has sent private detectives to check up on her. Myla Sinanaj wrote, “Hey @kimkardashian why don’t u enjoy ur Miami trip & stop sending private investigators to my house-Stop dragging me into ur drama.”

She then followed that up with, “I don’t have to explain Or apologize for who I chose to be friends with.  Subpoena or not!”

However, it seemed that Myla realized that she was taking a risk and seemed to realize the tweet against Kim Kardashian might be a mistake, so she followed it up with a post claiming that she was drunk, Daily Mail reports:

“Let me not tweet anymore tonight while I’m p***ed before this drama queen uses a tweet against me,” Sinanaj posted on her Twitter account.

However, it seemed that Myla could not resist another dig, so she subsequently posted, “Subpoena me twice for the same thing! Hilarious.”

According to reports from media outlet TMZ, Myla Sinanaj is referring to a subpoena from Kim Kardashian’s camp which orders her to sit for a deposition at the end of the month. This deposition involves the celebrity socialite’s divorce from NBA star Kris Humphries.  The former lawyer of Myla, Joe Tacopina, already accepted the service on behalf of Myla Sinanaj, but it still seems that the camp of Kim Kardashian may be worried that Myla may now say he did not have the authority to do that.

But Myla Sinanaj did not stop there. It seemed that she received quite some heat from the fans of Kim Kardashian, because Myla went on posting in Twitter, writing “All the haterz drinking the kardashian kool-aide sit ur a**es down I can tweet my business because its that MINE! She came for me.”

On the other hand, Kim Kardashian refused to rise to the bait and just simply ignored the series of angry messages from Myla Sinanaj.

Just last month, it was reported that Kris Humphries, who was believed to have dated Myla following his separation from Kim Kardashian, may have divulged details to his then-girlfriend about his infamous, less than three months marriage to the reality TV star.

A source told media outlet TMZ that the basketball player confided in Myla Sinanaj that he “knew” Kim Kardashian had “cheated” on him with his new boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, when the rapper failed to make their wedding guest list. TMZ added that Kris also told Myla that Kim’s mother instructed her to make the sex tape with her former boyfriend, Ray-J, back in 2007 which launched her to fame.

Myla Sinanaj was recently faced with rumors that she was pregnant with the baby of Kris Humphries, but she set the record straight and denied all pregnancy allegations last week.

Myla Sinanaj was reportedly subpoenaed by Kim Kardashian — Kris Humphries former wife —  for questioning about her involvement with the NBA player, and a pregnancy could potentially harm him in court.

According to Radar Online, Kris Humphries had a falling out with Myla Sinanaj recently after she allegedly exaggerated their involvement to the media. As a result, Myla is now willing to help Kardashian in every way she can during their upcoming divorce trial.

The supposed pregnancy of Myla Sinanaj can be used in his divorce with Kim Kardashian, because the basketball player has claimed that he was devastated by the break-up and emotionally suffered.

The attorney of Sinanaj told Radar Online, “My client isn’t going to rule anything out at this point including whether or not she would be willing to assist Kim Kardashian in her divorce case [against Humphries].”

Sources added that Myla Sinanaj plans to have the baby, but wants to raise it alone because she believes Kris Humphries has betrayed her by saying bad things about their relationship.
