Model Nick Gruber, the former boy toy of fashion mogul Calvin Klein, has been arrested for possession of a controlled substance – cocaine.

According to reports, police came to the house of 22-year-old Nick Gruber following a 911 call from someone, reporting that the model punched a 20-year-old man in the face. The police arrived at the scene around five in the morning.

When cops arrived at the scene, officers say they observed a cut on the assault victim’s face. The police then arrested Nick for misdemeanor assault and said that the model resisted by “flailing his arms in the air.”

At the police station, the cops noticed that Nick Gruber was suspiciously reaching into his front pockets, so they decided to conduct a strip search. Lo and behold, they found the model in possession of the illegal drug, cocaine. Now, Nick Gruber is facing three criminal charges, which includes assault, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

According to several reports, Nick Gruber and Calvin Klein have been dating for nearly two years before taking a “break” back in January. However, Klein has not publicly addressed the relationship.
