Paul Nassif granted visitation rights with his children

Plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif has just been granted two visits with his children by a judge and overturned a temporary restraining order against him by his estranged wife, Adrienne Maloof — all before a custody hearing scheduled next month.
According to reports, Paul Nassif arrived in court on Wednesday with a letter from the Department of Children and Family Services saying that the abuse claim made by “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof was “unfounded.” A judge then granted him two monitored visits with the kids, scheduled on September 29 and October 6.
“He is delighted and continues to hope that the children will be able to spend significant time with both parents and grow up and experience as normal a childhood as they can,” a source close to Paul Nassif told People.
Meanwhile, Adrienne Maloof is “comfortable with the court’s decision,” her rep Howard Bragman said in a statement. “She respects it. She is happy that the kids are spending monitored time with their father.”
The whole matter will be settled on October 9, when the judge has scheduled a custody hearing to decide once and for all whether Nassif should get partial custody.
Previous reports have stated that reality star Adrienne Maloof claimed that her ex-husband Paul Nassif displayed violence towards their kids during a bathroom incident. Adrienne claimed Paul struck one of their children for peeing on his brother in the bath, but he said this is not true. Paul simply picked up the child and gently directed the boy to the toilet.
And the other allegation — that Paul choked one of the kids in his Escalade — he claims it is physically impossible for him to reach his children in the huge car from the driver’s seat.
Paul Nassif also claims the declaration from the family psychiatrist Dr. Charles Sophy — supposedly confirming the alleged abuse — is nothing but a lie. The plastic surgeon claims Dr. Sophy not only betrayed his trust by going behind his back with the declaration, but he did not even try to get Paul’s side of things.
According to Paul, Adrienne Maloof is now threatening to fire any family employee who supports him in the divorce. Paul claims Adrienne already fired the family’s head of security for saying Paul is a good dad.
Paul Nassif and Adrienne Maloof are parents to nine-year-old Gavin and six-year-old twins Christian and Collin.

Dr. Paul Nassif has fired back at his estranged wife, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Adrienne Maloof following her claims that carrying a gun puts his children in danger. Nassif argued that the gun is strictly for protection — from crazy Sacramento Kings fans.
According to reports, in a declaration filed in the former couple’s nasty custody battle, Paul Nassif cops to packing heat for the last nine years (as alleged by Adrienne Maloof in a previous statement) but he is adamant that he has a good and valid reason to think that his family is at risk, therefore the need for a gun.
Paul Nassif said that since his sons are the sole heirs to a billion-dollar estate, they are an easy target now. Paul added that he and Adrienne — whose family owns the Sacramento Kings — have been swamped with several threats over the last year. This was all because they are thinking about moving the Kings out of Sacramento to Virginia City — a move that is said to have the Kings fans up in arms.
Paul Nassif also said that the tension with the team, combined with their huge fortune, puts them in constant life-threatening situations.
Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif have been featured on a number of episodes of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” as Adrienne is an original cast member. There is a lot of excitement surrounding the next season of the reality show, and viewers will certainly be watching when the show premieres, making its return to Bravo.

Sources also said that Paul does not want the details of their split to become a plotline on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” because he does not believe it will be portrayed accurately or fairly.
Sources also added, “Dr. Nassif’s sole focus is making sure both Adrienne and the kids are as happy as possible in this very difficult time. His goal is to ensure the best interest of the children. He is going to stay focused on them and his patients.”
The source also said that Paul Nassif has “historically not worn his ring” because he is a real doctor with real patients, and has a very busy surgery schedule.
