Francis Shivers, the former husband of “NCIS” star Pauley Perrette, has been charged with violating her restraining order against him.

According to law enforcement sources, Shivers has been charged with one count of violating a court order, and one count of probation violation. If convicted, Francis Shivers faces up to one year and a half in jail.

As previous reports have stated, Francis Shivers suddenly showed up at the same restaurant where actress Pauley Perrette and fiance Thomas Arklie were having some sushi dinner. However, Shivers said that his meeting with ex-wife Pauley Perrette was totally coincidental, claiming that he and his current wife have been dining at Shintaro for years and that he even tweeted his dinner plans that night.

Francis Shivers also added that when the fiance of Pauley Perrette saw him, he “aggressively” got up from his seat to have it out, at which point Francis claims he brought out his mobile phone to record any potential confrontation. The police were called to the restaurant, but Francis Shivers and his wife have already decided to leave even before the cops arrived.

Francis Shivers is currently on probation after he was convicted of sending harassing emails to the lawyer of Pauley Perrette.

The former beau of Pauley Perrette, Francis Shivers has been reportedly arrested due to violating the restraining order Perrette has against him.

According to previous reports, Francis Shivers showed up last week at exactly the same restaurant where his ex-wife, “NCIS” star Pauley Perrette and her fiance were having dinner. Shivers, however, claims it was nothing but a mere coincidence. Apparently, the police did not believe his story and so he was arrested and booked on Thursday on a misdemeanor warrant for violation of a restraining order. Francis Shivers is currently held on $100,000 bail.

The Los Angeles Police Department Hollywood Division did not confirm if the restraining order was taken out by Pauley Perrette herself, or elaborate on the events that unfolded.

Shivers’ attorney, Sandy Passman said, “There is no merit whatsoever in the latest allegations.” He has a court date scheduled for April 23.

The NCIS actress Pauley Perrette tied the knot with Francis Shivers in 2000 and divorced him in 2004.

The 46-year-old musician claims that his meeting with ex-wife Pauley Perrette at the same restaurant was a total accident, adding that he and his current wife have been dining at Shintaro for years. Shivers said that when they arrived , the host sat them right beside Perrette and her fiance, Thomas. He also claims that he even tweeted his dinner plans that night.

According to Francis Shivers, Pauley Perrette’s fiance saw him and “aggressively” got up from his seat to have it out – at which point Shivers brought out his mobile phone to record any potential confrontation.

The police were called to the restaurant, but the musician and his wife decided to leave the restaurant before they arrived.

Francis Shivers told TMZ that he plans to file a police report against the fiance of Pauley Perrette.
