This Monday, a Collin County, TX judge awarded Deion Sanders a restraining order that will keep his estranged wife Pilar Sanders at least 500 yards from Sanders’ Dallas mansion- which also means he gets temporary custody of their kids.

The Huffington Post reported that the the couple and their attorneys have been engaged in furious debate for the past 3 days regarding the April altercation that occurred at the family’s estate.

Deion Sanders, 44, and Pilar Sanders, 38, were both charged with family assault in the altercation. Pilar suffered minor injuries but was the one who was briefly imprisoned. She wore a bandage upon her arm during her every court appearance.

The camp of Pilar Sanders had expected the Hall of Famer to keep the mansion. ”It is his separate property that he had bought and paid for,” attorney Peter Schulte said, adding, “We feel that we had a good day in court.”

Less than two hours after the verdict was passed in his favor, Deion Sanders tweeted, ”God is so good! The truth was told baby!” He continued that, “I’m doing my dance with my old Falcon(sic) uniform on with my gold jacket over it and some cleats!”

According to The Huffington Post, long-term custody arrangements for the Sanders’ three children are next on the agenda and set for May.

There was also no ruling made regarding a separate charge of misdemeanor criminal mischief filed against Sanders by Prosper, TX police. The Prosper lawsuit claimed that Deion Sanders tried to smash the cell phone of a friend of Pilar Sanders who was recording the Sanders’ fight.

Peter Schulte commented that he doesn’t know what will happen to that charge. ”Mr. Sanders admitted under oath that he broke the phone,” he did say.

Deion Sanders married Pilar Sanders  in 1999. The couple starred in the reality show ‘Deion & Pilar: Prime Time Love’ on the Oxygen network. The former football cornerback filed for divorce in December.

Pilar Sanders, wife of NFL network analyst Deion Sanders, has been reportedly released from jail after being arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault charge on Monday.

According to reports, a magistrate judge has issued an emergency protective order against Pilar Sanders before releasing her from custody, banning her from going to the Texas mansion of Deion Sanders for the next 60 days. She’s also forbidden from threatening or harassing any member of the family.

Speaking to reporters outside Colin County Texas Jail, Pilar denied her the allegations of her estranged husband, Deion Sanders, that she attacked him in front of their children. She added that the public is sympathizing with him and taking his side because Deion is a former star football player.

“I am innocent. I understand that I have a very little chance at beating a Hall of Fame, two-sport man that everyone seems to love and adore. I’m a full-time mom, 100% for my children,” Pilar Sanders said. “And I just haven’t been given a fair shake.”

As previous reports have stated, Pilar Sanders attacked Deion Sanders while he was in his room in their Texas mansion. With a friend, she allegedly kicked, bit and scratched him in front of their children. Deion added that he merely defended himself until he was able to call the police.

The once-happy couple have three children together and co-starred in a reality series, “Deion & Pilar: Prime Time Love,” on the Oxygen network in 2008.

Deion Sanders, a former NFL cornerback, filed for divorce in December. On the other hand, Pilar Sanders is suing her husband, his adult daughter from a previous marriage and Prime Time Enterprise Inc. for $200 million in damages. She is also suing her husband’s aunt, Laura Jones, for an alleged assault.

The latest chapter in the former couple’s bitter dispute became public Monday when Deion Sanders tweeted: “Pray for me and my kids now! They just witnessed their mother and a friend jump me in my room. She’s going to jail n I’m pressing charges!”

Pilar Sanders’ divorce attorney, Larry Friedman, said Tuesday that a gag order in the divorce case prohibits him from talking about her arrest. But he said in a statement, “I can tell you that there are two sides to every story and the truth will come out in court.”

Pilar Sanders, the estranged wife of former NFL cornerback Deion Sanders has been arrested due to domestic violence charges after allegedly attacking her then-husband.

According to reports from Colin County Jail website, Pilar Sanders was booked for “assault family violence.”

As previous reports have stated, Pilar busted in the room of Deion Sanders with a friend and assaulted the NFL network analyst. Deion Sanders claims that he defended himself until he was able to call the cops. Media outlets said that a police car and a fire truck were outside the house of Deion in Dallas. Pilar Sanders was transported to the hospital after claiming that she needed medical attention.

After the alleged assault, Deion Sanders tweeted, “Pray for me and my kids now! They just witnessed their mother and a friend jump me in my room. She’s going to jail n I’m pressing charges!”

He continued, “I’m sad my boys witnessed this mess but I warned the police department here that she was gone try n harm me and my boys.”

Deion Sanders also tweeted a photo of himself and his sons filling out a police reports against Pilar Sanders.

It looks like the divorce of NFL cornerback Deion Sanders and soon-to-be-ex-wife Pilar Sanders is getting uglier. While the divorce of the once-happy lovers are underway, Pilar sued Deion Sanders and daughter Deiondra for $200 million because she says they mind-tricked her into believing that she is really a “worthless, gold diggin’ ho.”

So where did the lawsuit stem from? Apparently, Pilar Sanders’ daughter, Deiondra, went on a Twitter rant earlier this month. She bashed her stepmother, saying that Pilar is a “gold diggin’ h*e” and also publicly accused Pilar Sanders of cheating on her father, Deion Sanders.

According to the lawsuit that Pilar filed, she claims that Deiondra and Deion Sanders have been attacking her with various “emotional weapons” for years, including dominance, humiliation, isolation, threats, intimidation, denial and blame. Additionally, Pilar Sanders claims the Twitter rant was just another example of the humiliation she was forced to endure during the marriage, adding, “[Deion and Deiondra] even persuaded [Pilar] that she was and is worthless, a ‘gold diggin’ ho, and that no one else would want her.” Moreover, Pilar also claims her daughter and ex-husband would intimidate her by leaving different weapons on display around the house and “hurting pets.” However, the details of the alleged animal abuse are not explained in the lawsuit.

Pilar Sanders is demanding $150 million in punitive damages and $50 million in actual damages.

Things are just getting messier and uglier between two ex-lovers Pilar Sanders and Deion Sanders. Pilar Sanders filed a lawsuit against ex-beau Deion Sanders, saying he “orchestrated” a violent attack on her which was planned  to physically force her out of his Texas mansion.

According to TMZ reports, Pilar Sanders legally responded to the alleged assault at the Texas Mansion where she stayed by filing a lawsuit against Deion Sanders as well as a woman named Laura Jones, who allegedly attacked Pilar Sanders earlier this week after she asked Jones to leave the home because she wasn’t welcome.

However, Deion Sanders has a different story to tell. The former NFL cornerback and now NFL Network analyst Deion Sanders says that the woman in question, Laura Jones, is actually his aunt. Laura Jones was attacked by Pilar Sanders while she was at the house trying to fix their phone system, according to Deion Sanders.

“My aunt Laura Jones was at my home fixing my phone system and was attacked. We have proof. We apologize for these weekly ignorant lies!” Deion Sanders said.

“Enough is enough, we’re so tired and exhausted from the lies and foolishness. My kids are being affected weekly with these false allegations.” added the NFL Network analyst.

Pilar Sanders, on the other hand, still filed the lawsuit because she believes that Deion Sanders is lying about Laura Jones being his ‘aunt.’ According to the story given by Pilar Sanders, Deion Sanders summoned Laura Jones, his “fake aunt”  to help him physically remove Pilar Sanders from the home on February 6 so Deion could change the locks and bar her from returning.

Pilar Sanders claims Laura Jones is legally banned from entering the home, but she entered the place nevertheless. That was when Pilar Sanders demanded that the woman leave immediately. Instead, Pilar claims, the woman “squared off and took a swing at [Pilar] hitting her in the eye.”

Pilar went on, saying Laura Jones “continued to hit, slap, punch, choke, push and kick” her, causing multiple injuries. Pilar Sanders says she was so scared, she grabbed a kitchen knife and prepared to defend herself until cops arrived.

After the alleged attack on Pilar Sanders, she now wants a judge to issue a restraining order against the ‘fake aunt’ Laura Jones, and Pilar Sanders also wants Deion Sanders to pay up for the “mental and physical pain” she claims she has experienced from the attack.
