It was just recently reported that Claire Sinclair, 2011 Playboy Playmate of the Year, filed a restraining order against her boyfriend, Marston Hefner, who is also the son of Playboy Enterprises founder and Chief Creative Officer Hugh Hefner. Reports say that the two got into a violent altercation which led to Marston Hefner beating up Playmate Claire Sinclair.

And now, Claire Sinclair says she will give Marston Hefner a chance to come clean and admit what he had done to her.

The 20-year-old Claire Sinclair exclusively told E! News that she is “not going to press charges” against Hugh Hefner’s son, Marston Hefner, who was arrested by the authorities last night at their Los Angeles area home for allegedly assaulting Clair Sinclair during a heated argument.

After Clair Sinclair was seen arriving at the Pasadena Police Department to obtain an emergency protective order, she gave a few stipulations as to the assault Marston Hefner did to her.

The 2011 Playboy Playmate Claire Sinclair said, “All I want is for Marston to give a public apology and I want him to get psychiatric help. I want him to admit that he did hit me more than once. If he can do all of that and get help, I will never press charges. That’s all that I want at this point. Playboy let me know this afternoon that he will be doing this, so I just hope they stick to their word.”

Meanwhile, an emergency protective order is only good for three to five days, giving the petitioner, Claire Sinclair, time to file a request for a temporary restraining order with a judge – if that comes to pass, in the case of Marston Hefner and Claire Sinclair.

Marston Hefner is the older of two sons that his famous dad, Hugh Hefner, had with ex-wife and 1989 Playmate of the Year, Kimberley Conrad. Marston Hefner was released from custody after being booked on one count of battery on a spouse (which can include a domestic partner) and posting $20,000 bail.

Hugh Hefner expressed confidence to ‘People’ that things will work out for the best between his son Marston Hefner and Claire Sinclair, whatever that may be.

“If they care about each other, they’ll patch it up,” Hugh Hefner concluded.
