Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Sheree Whitfield has just won a major legal battle against her baby daddy, NFL star Bob Whitfield over their bitter child support case.

According to the legal papers obtained by media outlet TMZ, former New York Giants Bob Whitfield admits he failed to fork over 38 monthly child support payments worth $2,142 a month  to his baby mama, reality TV star Sheree Whitfield — which totals to more than $81,000.

The football star claimed he did not have enough money, and had asked the court to lower his child support obligation, but his request was denied.

Now, the two sides have struck a deal wherein Bob Whitfield has agreed to hand over $75,000 to Sheree Whitfield before November 11 — giving him just 21 days — or else, he will face the consequences in court.

Aside from the whopping $75,000 the former NFL star has to cough up, Bob has also agreed to pay $1,000 a month for the next 12 months before his payments go back up to the court-ordered rate of $2,142.

Back in 2000, Bob Whitfield signed a six-year contract with the Atlanta Falcons to the tune of $30 million.

Sheree Whitfield married Bob in 2000, but the couple separated in 2003 and divorced in 2007. The first and second seasons of the “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” chronicled Whitfield’s attempts to launch a fashion line called “She by Shereé.” However, after issues with the quality of her clothing samples, it caused her to change a planned fashion show at the end of season one into a fashion “viewing” where she displayed sketches, Whitfield rallied in Season 2 and staged a show, depicted in the season finale. Despite eventually debuting She by Shereé at New York Fashion Week, she cited the difficulty of “trying to find the right group of people to come together and help out” as the reason for putting the line on hold. In April 2012, Sheree Whitfield announced she would not be returning for season five of the reality star. In July 2012, she announced that she would be returning but in a recurring role.

Bob Whitfield started for the New York Giants as left tackle during the 2006 season, filling in after starter Luke Petitgout suffered from an injury. His time as a starter was marked by two episodes of him losing his cool and drawing costly personal fouls, twice on headbutts in key spots against the Dallas Cowboys and later in a week 16 loss against the New Orleans Saints. These actions led Bob to receive the nickname “Head-butt Bob” from several New York Giant fans as well as local columnists. Because of his actions and general inconsistent play, he was benched for the final game of the season against the Washington Redskins and the subsequent playoff game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Reality star Sheree Whitfield has announced that she is leaving “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” after four seasons.

According to reports, Whitfield said that she is already leaving “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” because she is tired of all the drama.

“After four solid seasons of helping Bravo build the show into its most successful “Housewives” franchise, I have decided to leave,” Sheree Whitfield told Wetpaint Entertainment. “The direction the show is going in is no longer a fit for my lifestyle. I’m tired of the fighting and the cattiness.”

Sheree Whitfield continued: “I want to be part of something that empowers and inspires women to not only be healthy, but to treat themselves with respect. I wish the rest of the women the best of luck.”

Sheree Whitfield, an original member of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” was a vocal fighter on the show, often getting into loud altercations with other castmates such as NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak, whose wig she pulled in a dramatic fight during season two. In another occasion, Whitfield almost came to blows during a heated confrontation with a party planner.

During season four of the reality show, she was locked in a legal battle for child support with her former husband, ex-NFL player Bob Whitfield.

On Wednesday afternoon, Bravo confirmed the news of the departure of Sheree Whitfield. Bravo released a statement, saying “We have enjoyed working with Sheree as part of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. We wish her all the best in the future.”
