A supposedly funny and entertaining karaoke show seems to have gone terribly wrong – and now Jackass prankster and TV stuntman Steve-O is facing legal charges from a contestant of the Killer Karaoke game show. Susanne Ohman, the woman who filed a lawsuit against Steve-O, claims that she “fractured and damaged her tibia, patella, ligaments, knee, leg, bones, and injured her muscles, bone, circulatory system, and body” when she lost her balance while walking off the platform after a performance on the Killer Karaoke show.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles court where it was stated that the Killer Karaoke show hosted by Steve-O sprays water at the contestants as a form of distraction while they try to belt out their favorite songs in front of the cameras. Susanne Ohman, while performing, claims she got soaked and as she was stepping off a platform, slipped. Due to Susanne Ohman’s accident, she had to undergo extensive surgery and is required even more operations in the future. Steve-O is named as a defendant in the legal papers together with the show’s producers for unspecified damages.

Is Steve-O and the rest of the staff of Killer Karaoke really responsible for the incident? Or is it mere bad luck and nothing but an unforeseen accident of Susanne Ohman? The judges and the court now holds the discretion and resolution for the undesirable mishap.
