Rapper T.I. is getting a reward for his good behavior while on his probation. The judge is impressed with the rapper, and he was allowed more freedom to travel out of Georgia.
According to reports, the probation officer of T.I. submitted a request to the judge to extend the rapper’s out-of-state travel allowance from seven to twelve days. Because of T.I.’s good record on probation, the judge signed off the petition.
The probation officer’s letter said that T.I. – real name Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. – has been a model probationer by staying on his best behavior the last few months. Additionally, T.I. also completed his required drug/alcohol counseling program.
T.I. has approximately five months left of supervised release, after spending several months behind bars for a probation violation last year, stemming from his 2009 gun conviction.
