The crew of world famous rapper Lil Wayne is reportedly accused of assaulting a photographer in Miami after the victim took photos of the rapper and his entourage.

According to police report filed by the photographer, Wayne’s crew spat in the his face, pushed him to the ground amidst the rain, then vandalized his bicycle. The photog said that he spotted Lil Wayne and his entourage playing skateboard outside a church, where a “No skateboarding” sign can be seen. The photographer then decided to take pictures of the group.

The photographer claims Lil Wayne and his boys wrapped it up after it started to rain, following the group to their car, still snapping photos.

The report also stated that Lil Wayne didn’t seem to like the attention, so he ordered his eight-member crew to take the photographer’s camera. The group of men surrounded the photographer and ordered him to delete several of the photos he took. However, the assault apparently didn’t end there. The photographer added that one of Lil Wayne’s men spat on him, while another pushed him to the ground. Moreover, the alleged victim says the group also beat his bicycle with a skateboard.

The photographer then filed the report in Miami Beach police station shortly after the incident.
